BRI ورقلة تحجز 32400 قرصا من المؤثرات العقلية

تمكنت فرقة البحث والتدخل BRI التابعة للمصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية بأمن ولاية ورقلة من توقيف مجموعة إجرامية تتكون من 04 أشخاص يحترفون الإتجار غير الشرعي بالمؤثرات العقلية.
وحسب بيان لذات المصالح، فقد أسفرت العملية عن حجز 32400 كبسولة. وكذا 590 ألف دج من عائدات الترويج، 0.5 من المخدرات الصلبة. إضافة إلى مركبتين سياحيتين كانتا تستغلان في نقل وترويج هذه السموم.
العملية تمت إثر استغلال معلومات مستقاة من طرف أفراد ذات الفرقة. تفيد بعزم مجموعة إجرامية عقد صفقة بيع لكمية معتبرة من المؤثرات العقلية بأحد أحياء وسط مدينة ورقلة. ونقلها الى إحدى المدن الشرقية، عليه تم إطلاق تحريات موسعة مكنت من تحديد المسكن الذي تتواجد به كمية المؤثرات العقلية وهوية صاحبه. بعد التنسيق مع النيابة المحلية تم تفتيشه، أين تم ضبط وحجز 32400 كبسولة من المؤثرات العقلية من نوع بريجابالين 300 ملغ ذات منشأ أجنبي. بالإضافة كذلك إلى مبلغ مالي قدره 590000 دج من عائدات الترويج، 0.5 غرام من المخدرات الصلبة. إضافة إلى توقيف صاحب المسكن وشريكه، بالاستغلال الآني للمشتبه فيهما تم تحديد هوية شخصين آخرين متورطين في ذات القضية. تم توقيفهما متن مركبة سياحية.
بعد استكمال الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة أنجز ملف جزائي ضد المشتبه فيهم في قضية الحال. أحيلوا بموجبه أمام النيابة المحلية.

دشّنت وزارة الصحة مرحلة جديدة متطورة في وصف وصرف الأدوية المخدرة والمؤثرات العقلية والخاضعة للرقابة إلكترونيًا، والاستغناء التام عن الوصفة الورقية، وذلك من خلال منصة وطنية للوصف والصرف والرقابة على الأدوية المخدرة والمؤثرات العقلية والخاضعة للرقابة. يأتي ذلك في إطار التحول الرقمي ضمن برنامج التحول الصحي، حيث تعمل المنصة على حوكمة الوصف والصرف السليم للأدوية المخدرة والمؤثرات العقلية في جميع المنشآت الصحية "الخاصة والحكومية" على مستوى المملكة. ويمكن من خلال هذا النظام الإلكتروني، المراقبة والمتابعة للأدوية المخدرة والمؤثرات العقلية والخاضعة للرقابة بشكل منظّم بما يزيد من السلامة الدوائية لمستخدميها، كما يمكن للمستفيد من هذه الوصفات الإلكترونية الوصول إليها إلكترونيًا، وتحميلها عبر تطبيق "صحتي" بصيغة PDF؛ مما يؤدي إلى تعزيز التنسيق الرقابي في المنشآت الصحية على مستوى الوطن. وتتميز الوصفة الإلكترونية للأدوية المخدرة والمؤثرات العقلية والخاضعة للرقابة بتمكين الممارسين الصحيين من الاطلاع على تاريخ الوصفات الطبية للأدوية المخدرة والمؤثرات العقلية والخاضعة للرقابة وجميع البيانات الخاصة بها، إضافة إلى الوصف والصرف بين المنشآت المختلفة، كما تتيح تتبع صرف هذا النوع من الأدوية عبر الصيدليات المرخّص لها بصرفها، سواءً الحكومية أو المجتمعية، أو الخاصة، والربط الإلكتروني بين المنشآت الصحية كافة بما يحقق التكامل في تطبيق صحي موحد. ويأتي التحول من النظام الورقي إلى نظام إلكتروني موحد، ضمن جهود وزارة الصحة نحو التحول الرقمي تحت إطار برنامج التحول الصحي، وذلك للإسهام في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية على مستوى المملكة.
