وزارة الطاقة تطلق برنامج "طاقات واعدة".. الأهداف وشروط التقديم

أعلنت وزارة الطاقة عن إطلاق برنامج "طاقات واعدة"، الذي يهدف إلى إعداد الطاقات الوطنية الشابة، وتهيئتهم للتدرج في تخصصات مختلفة، ومسارات وظيفية متخصصة تدعم أعمال قطاع الطاقة.
يهدف البرنامج إلى تقديم تجربة مهنية واعية وخبرة داعمة في قطاع الطاقة، ويستقطب أفضل الكفاءات الوطنية من خريجي الجامعات.

وسينتهي التقديم على البرنامج في تاريخ 28 أغسطس الجاري.
أهداف البرنامج:استقطاب الكفاءات الوطنية الشابة.إعداد الطاقات الشابة وتزويدها بالمهارات اللازمة لتعزيز معرفتها العلمية وبناء خبراتها العملية.تطوير الكفاءات الشابة تماشيًا مع مستهدفات رؤية 2030.تهيئة الخريجين للتدرج في تخصصات مختلفة ومسارات وظيفية متخصصة تدعم أعمال قطاع الطاقة.التخصصات المطلوبة:التخصصات: الهندسية – الإداراية – التقنية – السياسية والقانونية.
شروط التقديم للبرنامج:أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.حاصل على البكالريوس أو الماجستير من جامعات معتمدة، أو معادلة من وزارة التعليم في حال كانت من خارج المملكة.ألا يقل المعدل عن 3.2 من 4، أو 4 من 5، أو ما يعادلها.إمكانية الانضمام المباشر والتفرغ التام.إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية:آيلتس (IELTS): 6
توفل (TOEFL): 78 إلكتروني – 540 ورقي – 120 محوسب
ستيب (STEP): 90

أعلنت وزارة التعليم فتح التقديم على (10,494) وظيفة تعليمية بنظام التعاقد المكاني في جميع الإدارات العامة للتعليم، للعام الدراسي 1447هـ، من خلال المنصة الوطنية الموحدة للتوظيف "جدارات"، وذلك لجميع الخريجين ووفق تخصصات محددة لسد الاحتياج.
ويبدأ التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية اعتبارًا من يوم الجمعة 07 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 07 مارس 2025م، للمتقدمين وينتهي بنهاية يوم الأربعاء 12 رمضان 1446 هـ الموافق 12 مـارس 2025، وللمتقدمات يوم الجمعة بتاريخ 14 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 14مارس 2025م، وينتهي بنهاية يوم الأربعاء 19 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 19 مارس 2025م، وذلك وفقًا للائحة التنفيذية للموارد البشرية في الخدمة المدنية.
أخبار متعلقة ”تجاوبكم محدود“.. البيئة تخاطب التجار بشأن الإعفاءات الجمركيةاللهابه.. رفع 1100 طن نفايات وأنقاض ضمن استعدادها لشهر رمضانوتفصيلًا, تأتي الوظائف التعليمية المعلنة على رتبة (معلم ممارس) في عددٍ من التخصصات بما يغطي حاجة المدارس من المعلمين والمعلمات، بعد استيفاء متطلبات التقديم، واجتياز معايير المفاضلة، وسيتم إعلان الترشيح المبدئي يوم الأحد 23 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 23 مارس 2025م، وإجراء المقابلات الشخصية ومطابقة الوثائق لشغل الوظـائف التعليمية يوم الثلاثاء 01 ذو القعدة 1446هـ الموافق 29 أبريل 2025 م، وذلك في مقرات إدارات التعليم العامة التي تم ترشيحهم عليها، فيما ستبدأ مرحلة إعلان نتائج الترشيح النهائي للمتقدمين والمتقدمات يوم الأحد 02 صفر 1447هـ، الموافق 27 يوليو 2025م بعد استيفاء مسوغات ومتطلبات اجتياز شغل الوظيفة وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة لدى الإدارات العامة للتعليم.
وتعتمد المفاضلة النهائية بين المرشحين على ضوابط وشروط شغل الوظائف التعليمية التي تتضمن: المعدل التراكمي (10%)، وأقدمية التخرّج (10%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للعام (30%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للتخصص (50%).
ويأتي إعلان التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية بنظام التعاقد المكاني مرتبطًا بالتوجهات المستقبلية لوزارة التعليم، وجزءًا من التحول في المنظومة التعليمية لاستقطاب الكوادر التعليمية المؤهلة، وفق ضوابط واشتراطات تحقق الكفاءة والمهنية، وتسهم في تحسين نواتج التعلم، وتعزيز جودة التعليم، إذ تتطلب التميّز المهني وتحقيق أعلى المعايير بتطبيق أدوات قياس معيارية تتيح اختيار الأكفاء من النواحي العملية والنظرية والتطبيقية، إلى جانب التأهيل المهني من خلال البرامج والدورات الملزمة التي ينفذها المعهد الوطني للتطوير المهني التعليمي وصولًا إلى "تمهين التعليم" بإيجاد معلم مؤهل حاصل على الرخصة المهنية لمزاولة مهنة التعليم.
