الصحة: إغلاق مستشفى دار الإسراء بالوراق لمخالفتها اشتراطات التراخيص

أعلنت وزارة الصحة والسكان، استكمال تنفيذ المرحلة الثانية من المرور الميداني على المنشآت الطبية في جميع المحافظات، تنفيذا لتوجيهات الدكتور خالد عبدالغفار نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الصحة والسكان، سعياً نحو التواصل المباشر مع المواطنين، ورفع كفاءة المنشآت الطبية وتقديم خدمة صحية ذات جودة ورصد أي قصور في مستوى الخدمة الطبية ومعالجته.
وأوضح الدكتور حسام عبدالغفار، المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة الصحة والسكان، أنه في إطار تنفيذ المرحلة الثانية من حملة المرور الميداني والتي استهدفت محافظة الجيزة، تم تشكيل حملة من الإدارة المركزية للمؤسسات العلاجية غير الحكومية والتراخيص والعلاج الحر بالجيزة، والمعامل المركزية بالوزارة، ووزارة الداخلية حيث تم المرور على مستشفي دار الإسراء، بشارع ترعة السواحل ، وراق العرب، بمحافظة الجيزة.
ومن جانبه، لفت الدكتور هشام زكي، رئيس الإدارة المركزية للمؤسسات العلاجية غير الحكومية والتراخيص، إلى أن اللجنة رصدت العديد من المخالفات منها " المستشفي مخالفة لاشتراطات التراخيص، وعدم اتباع سياسات مكافحة العدوي، ومعامل المستشفى مخالفة للتراخيص"، مؤكداً أنه تم على الفور إصدار قرار بإغلاق المستشفى حرصاً على صحة وسلامة المرضى.
وأكد "زكي" حرص الوزارة على إحكام الرقابة على المنشآت الطبية الخاصة للتأكد من استيفاءها للاشتراطات الصحية، وحصول المنشأة والعاملين بها على التراخيص اللازمة، وتطبيق معايير مكافحة العدوى، ومراجعة صلاحية الأدوية، مؤكداً اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية تجاه المخالفات التي يتم رصدها خلال المرور.

أنهى مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، معاناة امرأة "ثلاثينية" مع ورم بطول "12" سم، نشأ في المبيض الأيسر، وتم استئصاله بعملية متقدمة جرت بالمنظار مع الحفاظ على سلامة المبيض، وإبقاء قدرتها على الحمل والولادة، ذكر ذلك د. وسيم روفايل استشاري النساء والولادة وجراحة المناظير، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.
الذي قال أن المراجعة زارت المستشفى وهي تشتكي من عدة أعراض أبرزها آلام حادة بالبطن ونزيف، وعقم أولي، وقد بحثت عن العلاج في مستشفيات أخرى فربط الأطباء علاجها بفتح البطن وإزالة المبيض، وفور وصولها أجريت لها عدة فحوصات شملت التحاليل وأشعة الرنين المغناطيسي، التي كشفت عن وجود ورم بطول "12" سم بالمبيض الأيسر، وناقش الفريق الطبي ملف الحالة وخلص إلى ضرورة إزالة الورم عبر تقنية المنظار، وبعد إتخاذ الترتيبات اللازمة أخضعت لعملية تم فيها الدخول عبر فتحات صغيرة لا تتعدى الـ"1" سم، ودون الحاجة إلى فتح جراحي، وجرى إزالة الورم بالكامل مع المحافظة على سلامة المبيض وقدرتها على الإنجاب وعلى الأعضاء الملاصقة له، ومضت العملية بسلاسة وتوجت جهود الفريق الطبي بالنجاح التام ولله الحمد، وحولت من غرفة العمليات مباشرة إلى التنويم.
