برنامج جودة الحياة يُحدث نقلة نوعية في قطاع الهوايات ضمن رؤية المملكة 2030

يسعى برنامج جودة الحياة لإحداث نقلة نوعية في قطاع الهوايات، من خلال عمله على تعزيز ثقافة الهوايات وتشجيع المشاركة الفعالة في مختلف الأنشطة، وخلال الفترة الماضية حقق البرنامج العديد من الإنجازات إذ زاد عدد أندية الهواة حتى بلغ ما يزيد عن 1145 نادٍ في مختلف مناطق المملكة، وبلغ عدد الهوايات المدرجة في المنصة أكثر من 215 هواية، وأقامت الأندية أكثر من 1435 فعالية في جميع أنحاء المملكة، ما أتاح للمواطنين والمقيمين ممارسة الهوايات بشكل محفز وأكثر تنظيما، وقد كشف التقرير السنوي لبرنامج جودة الحياة الذي نُشر مؤخراً التقدم المحرز في تحقيق أهداف البرنامج والمساهمة في تحسين جودة الحياة في المملكة وفقًا لرؤية السعودية 2030.

أخبار متعلقة خطوات التسجيل بمنصة الدعم والحماية الاجتماعية في الضمان الاجتماعيبرامج توعوية وفقرات ترفيهية.. تدشين مهرجان الرطب الأول في سكاكاوقد استند البرنامج على ثلاث ركائز لتنمية القطاع وتحقيق رؤيته وهي: إثراء وتنويع الهوايات وتمكين ممارستها ودعم انتشارها في مختلف مناطق المملكة، وتفعيل دور المجتمع والتعليم والإعلام لاستكشاف وممارسة الهوايات المتنوعة، وتحقيق التكامل بين جهود الجهات الممكِّنة لدعم نمو واستدامة قطاع الهوايات في المملكة، وتسهم هذه الركائز في إيجاد البيئة المحفزة لرفع مشاركة الهواة وأفراد المجتمع في قطاع الهوايات، وجعل القطاع نموذجاً رائداً من أجل مجتمع حيوي وملهم.
وضمن الركيزة الأولى؛ عمل برنامج جودة الحياة على استحداث وتطوير المرافق والمساحات لممارسة الهوايات في مختلف المناطق، وشهد العام2023 إطلاق تطبيق هاوي الذي يقدم 14 خدمة مبتكرة لدعم أندية الهواة في المملكة، بالإضافة إلى توفير أكثر من 600 مرفق رياضي بالشراكة مع "تطبيق قولاتو" وأكثر 190من مرفق ومساحة، في منصة هاوي، حيث يمكن للأندية الرياضية في المنصة اختيار المرفق المناسب لإقامة فعالياتهم وهواياتهم.
وتفعيلًا لدور المجتمع والتعليم والإعلام لاستكشاف وممارسة الهوايات المتنوعة – الركيزة الثانية لتنمية القطاع – عزّز البرنامج ثقافة الهوايات كأسلوب حياة للفرد والمجتمع؛ بإقامة أكثر من 35 معرضاً في 11 مدينة، وبحضور تجاوز 400 ألف زائر، وإطلاق الحملات التوعوية حول الهوايات عبر منصة هاوي في مختلف وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وإضافة خدمة "دورات تدريبية" وإطلاق 80 دورة من أصل 250 دورة تدريبية مستهدفة، مخصصة للهواة للمساهمة المباشرة في تطوير وتنويع فرص الترفيه، وتعزيز ممارسة الأنشطة الرياضية، والثقافية، والبيئية، والإعلامية.
كما أعلن برنامج جودة الحياة عن الاتفاق مع جامعة الملك سعود، وجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن، وجامعة فهد بن سلطان، وجامعة الأمير سلطان؛ على تأسيس 10 أندية للهواة داخل أسوارها، والإشراف على عمل هذه الأندية من خلال منصة هاوي.
وضمن سعي البرنامج في تحقيق التكامل بين الجهات الممكِّنة لدعم نمو واستدامة قطاع الهوايات في المملكة –الركيزة الثالثة لتنمية قطاع الهوايات – أتم البرنامج توقيع 22 اتفاقية مع القطاع الحكومي والخاص وغير الربحي لدعم وتنمية الهوايات، وتوفير الموارد اللازمة للتعريف بها وتمكين ممارستها. وفُعّل دور الاتحادات الرياضية مع منصة هاوي من خلال تنفيذ برامج تجارب للهوايات، وتطوير حقائب تعليمية تتضمن موارد مشتركة عبر منصة في كل من (اتحاد الدراجات، اتحاد الرياضات اللاسلكية، اتحاد السهام).
إلى جانب ذلك، عزز البرنامج دور الهيئات الثقافية؛ من خلال ابتكار برامج وآليات دعم خاصة لأندية الهواة، كما شاركت جهات أخرى مثل؛ نيوم، وشركة الكهرباء، والاتحاد الآسيوي للشطرنج بتقديم الدعم للأندية والهواة.
