الجامعة الهاشمية تقرر تعليق الدوام الوجاهي الأحد المقبل بسبب موجة الحر

قررت الجامعة الهاشمية التنسيق واتخاذ الاجراءات الادارية والفنية اللازمة للتعامل مع الموجة الحارة حفاظا على سلامة الطلبة ومنسوبي الجامعة.
وبحسب ما أعلنت الجامعة ووصل "رؤيا":
1. سيتم نقل كافة الامتحانات الالكترونية من يوم الاحد الى يوم الاربعاء وسيتم ترحيل الجلسات الكترونيا وستعلن مواعيد الجلسات الجديدة على بوابة الطلبة الالكترونية.
2. يتم اعادة جدولة الامتحانات الورقية ليوم الاحد بالتنسيق داخل الكليات والاقسام
3. يتم تحويل كافة محاضرات يوم الاحد الى اونلاين ويتم تعويض المختبرات العملية من خلال الاقسام الاكاديمية
4. يكون دوام منسوبي الجامعة لغاية الساعة 12 قبل الظهر الا من تقتضي طبيعة دوامه وعمله غير ذلك
5. يتم اتخاذ الاجراءات المناسبة من قبل الكليات والعمادات والوحدات والدوائر حيال اي نشاطات مبرمجة يوم الاحد وتستدعي اجراءات وترتيبات خاصة.
6. سيتم اتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة حيال امتحانات ما بعد ظهر الاثنين في حال استمرار شدة الموجة.
