حققت الشركة الوطنية للإسكان NHC على تصنيف أكبر مطور عقاري في دول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربي لعام 2024، وفق مجلة "كونستركشن ويك الشرق الأوسط"، وذلك نظير جهودها التي حققتها خلال النصف الأول من هذا العام بمبيعات تجاوزت 13 مليار ريال، و تم تنفيذها بالشراكة مع المطورين العقاريين بأكثر من 130 مشروعاً في مختلف مناطق المملكة.

وتضمن التقرير الصادر عن المجلة تصنيفاً لأكبر 50 مطور عقاري في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، مستنداً على العديد من المعايير التي تتمتع بها كل شركة. وتحتل الشركة الوطنية للإسكان NHC مكانة رائدة في قطاع التطوير العقاري لدورها الرئيسي في إعادة تشكيل المشهد الحضاري في المملكة من خلال تطوير الضواحي و المجتمعات الذكية و المستدامة، التي تتميز بالجمع بين المشاريع العمرانية وتوفير مقومات جودة الحياة والمسطحات الخضراء والمرافق الترفيهية والخدمات الأساسية.

الجدير بالذكر أن الشركة الوطنية للإسكان هي الرائدة والممكنة لقطاع التطوير العقاري وأكبر مطور رئيس للضواحي والمجتمعات العمرانية في المملكة وتنفذ 9 ضواحٍ و6 مجتمعات سكنية على مساحة تتخطى 100 مليون م2 كما تسعى إلى إيجاد حلول لتأمين سلاسل الإمداد بجودة عالية ومواد إنشائية أكثر استدامة، وذلك في إطار حرص الشركة على زيادة المعروض العقاري بخيارات سكنية وفق معايير عالمية، في سبيل تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030، برفع نسبة التملّك السكني للأسر السعودية إلى 70%.
