ختام الدورة التدريبية لمشروع الدعم الفني للكوادر المتخصصة بأسوان

شهد المهندس عمرو لاشين نائب محافظ أسوان، فعاليات الدورة التدريبية " تخطيط وتصميم مواقع مشروعات الخدمات المحلية والتنمية الإقتصادية "، والتى ينفيذها فريق مشروع الدعم الفنى بوزارة التنمية المحلية للكوادر الفنية المتخصصة والإدارات ذات الصلة بالمحافظة على مدار 3 أيام.
وحرص نائب المحافظ، والدكتور هشام الهلباوى مساعد وزير التنمية المحلية للمشروعات القومية والمشرف على مشروع الدعم الفني، والدكتورة ناهد إسكندر قائم بأعمال مدير المشروع، على تسليم شهادات إجتياز البرنامج التدريبي للمتدربين.
وذلك بحضور الدكتور محمد الفيومى مدير المشروع بالمكتب الإستشارى الهندسي، والدكتورة مروة خليفة إستشاري بناء القدرات بالمشروع، وقد تضمن البرنامج التدريبي عملية تخطيط مواقع المشروعات المحلية "سواء أكانت أسواق عامة وسويقات، أو مواقف، أو مناطق حرفية" ومعايير إختيار الموقع الجغرافى المناسب لتوطين المشروع، وخطة العمل لتصميم المشروع، وآليات تطوير المشروعات القائمة، والتدريب على تنفيذ مشروع تطبيقى من خلال ممثلى الإدارات الهندسية بمراكز المحافظة المختلفة.
مع تبادل الخبرات فيما بينهم، وعرض أمثلة لأفضل الممارسات المحلية والعالمية للتطبيق على تنفيذ المشروعات، بالإضافة إلى التعريف بنوعية البيانات اللازمة لدراسة المواقع والمناطق المحيطة ومصادر البيانات.
لتنفيذ أى من المشاريع المحلية والإقتصادية المستهدفة وتحديد مفهومه وتحديد الإطار التخطيطى له وأهم الخصائص المكانية والسكانية لموقع المشروع وإشتراطات إختيار الموقع تبعاً للمساحة والمكونات الأساسية ومراعاة الإعتبارات التصميمية والمتطلبات الفعلية له ودراسة الوضع الراهن وأساليب التدخل حال وجود ملاحظات تنفيذية.
ودعم إتخاذ القرار المناسب، ومراعاة العلاقة مع العناصر العمرانية بنطاق المكان المحدد للمشروع، وأماكن الخدمات العامة والمرافق بالموقع، وعرض تصنيفات المناطق حسب ما ورد فى دليل المعدلات والمعايير التخطيطية للخدمات، مع وضع نموذج تصميمي لمكونات المشروع.
