السجن 10 سنوات لراعي أغنام وشقيقة لاتجارهم في الهيروين بالإسكندرية

قضت محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية بمعاقبة كل من " ر.ح.م" و" م.ح.م" بالسجن المشدد 10 سنوات وغرامة مالية قدرها مائة ألف جنيه عما أسند إليهما والزامتهم بالمصاريف الجنائية ومصادرة المخدر المضبوط، لاتهامهم في الاتجار بالمخدرات.

تعود احداث القضية المقيدة برقم 9239 لسنة 2024 جنايات قسم شرطة العامرية اول، عندما تلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن الإسكندرية إخطارا من ضباط الإدارة العامة لمكافحة المخدرات بضبط المتهمان وبحوزتهما مواد مخدرة بدائرة القسم.
تبين من التحقيقات، قيام كل من " ر.ح.م" راعي اغنام و" م.ح.م" صاحب سوبر ماركت، بمزاولة نشاطا في الاتجار بالمخدرات، فتم استصدار إذن من النيابة العامة لضبطهم،وعقب تنفيذ القرار،ابصرت القوة الأمنية المتهم الأول بيده حقيبة سوداء وبانتزاعها عثر بداخلها علي عدد 7 قالب اسطوانيه لمخدر الهيروين، ومبلغ مالي وهاتف محمول، وبتفتيش الثاني عثر بحوزته علي قالب لمخدر الهيروين،ومبلغ مالي وهاتف محمول وبمواجهتهما أقر بحيازة المواد المخدرة للاتجار والمبالغ المالية من حصيلة البيع والهواتف المحمولة للاتصال بعملائهم، وحُرر محضر بالواقعة وتولت النيابة التحقيق التي قررت إحالتهم إلى محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية،التي أصدرت حكمها.

صرح مصدر مسؤول بوزارة الداخلية، بأنه إشارة إلى الأمر الملكي رقم أ / 60 وتاريخ 30 / 1 / 1443هـ القاضي بإنهاء خدمة الفريق أول/ خالد بن قرار الحربي مدير الأمــن العام سابقاً وإحالته إلى التقاعد والتحقيق معه في مخالفات وتجاوزات عديدة بهدف الاستيلاء على المال العام والانتفاع الشخصي وتوجيه التهمة له بارتكاب عدد من الجرائم منها التزويـــر والرشوة واستغلال النفوذ، فقد باشرت هيئة الرقابة ومكافحة الفساد إجراءات التحقيق معه وإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة وفق نظام الإجراءات الجزائية وصدر بحقه حكم نهائي يقضي بثبوت إدانته بما نسب إليه من جريمة الرشوة وجريمة التزوير ومعاقبته لقاء ذلك كله بسجنه لمدة (عشر سنوات)، وتغريمه مبلغاً وقدره (1.000.000) مليون ريال سعودي يودع في الخزينة العامة للدولة، وإدانته بجريمة استغلال نفوذ الوظيفة لمصلحة شخصية وجــريمة استغلال العقود الحكومية وجريمة اختــلاس المال العام ومعاقبته لقــــاء ذلك كلــــه بسجنه لمدة (عشر سنوات)، ومصــــادرة مبالــــغ الرشــوة التي تحصل عليها البالغــــة (10.084.303) عشــــرة ملايين وأربعة وثمانون ألفاً وثلاثمائة وثلاثــة ريالات وإيداعــها في الخــزينة العامة للدولة، وإلزامه بــرد المبالغ المختلسة ومجموعــــها (2.827.000) مليــــونان وثمانمائة وسبــعة وعشرون ألف ريال للخزينة العامة للدولة، ومصادرة الهدايا العينية أو (ما يعادل قيمتها) والمساعــدات الماليــة التي قدمت لأقاربه على سبيل الرشوة والتي بلغت قيمتها الإجماليــــة (175.000) مائــــة وخمسة وسبعــــون ألف ريال وإيداعها فــي الخزينــة العــامة للــدولة، ومصادرة أرضين زراعيتيــــن تحصل عليهمــا من الجريمــــة، وإلزامه برد مبلغ (584,000) خمسمائة وأربعة وثمانون ألف ريال للخزينة العامة للدولة والذي تحصل عليه من الجريمة.
ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن عن ذلك لتؤكد حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على حماية المال العام ومكافحة الفساد بشتى صوره ومظاهره وتحصين المجتمع ضد من يتعدى عليه أو يستغــل الوظيفة لتحقيق مصلحته الشخصــية أو الإضــرار بالمصلحــة العامــة وتطبــيق ما تقضي به الأنظــمة بحق المتجاوزين كائناً من كان.
