تلال تطلق المرحلة الثانية من مبيعات بيوت تلال في قمرة بالشراكة مع الوطنية للإسكان

أفادت شركة تلال عن إطلاق البيع في المرحلة الثانية، وذلك إثر إغلاق مبيعات المرحلة الأولى من مجتمع "بيوت تلال في قمرة"، والواقع في مدينة صفوى بضاحية قمرة، وذلك بالشراكة مع الشركة الوطنية للإسكان.
يمتد مجتمع "بيوت تلال في قمرة" على مساحة 131 ألف متر مربع، ويشمل 520 فيلا سكنية بخدمات نموذجية، مثل المسجد والمساحات الخضراء والمرافق التجارية والتعليمية والخدمية، في بيئة سكنية حيوية متكاملة الخدمات تعزز نمط الحياة المميز.

وأضاف: "كل هذه الجهود تتواءم مع توجه وزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان الداعمة لإيجاد مجتمعات نموذجية للسعوديين."
وفي وقت سابق، أعلنت تلال عن بدء أعمال الإنشاء لمجتمع "بيوت تلال في قمرة" وفق الجدول الزمني المعتمد والمتفق عليه مع الشركة الوطنية للإسكان.
وتعتبر تلال العقارية أول تحالف عقاري على مستوى المملكة، يشمل ثلاث مجموعات رائدة في سوق المملكة، وهي: مجموعة التميمي، ومجموعة العثمان، ومجموعة القباني، مما يقدم لتلال موارد واسعة مكونة من 115 شركة و40 ألف موظف و180 سنة من الخبرات التراكمية المتنوعة. يسهم التحالف بخبراته ودعمه لضمان نجاح وازدهار مجتمعات بيوت تلال في مدن المملكة.
