في إنجاز غير مسبوق على مستوى التجمعات الصحية في المملكة، تمكن تجمع مكة المكرمة الصحي من الحصول على اعتماد "منظمة حكومية مبتكرة" من معهد الابتكار العالمي.
ويأتي هذا الكريم الرفيع تقديراً لجهوده في تطوير استراتيجياته وأنظمته وفقاً لأعلى المعايير الدولية في مجال الابتكار.

. تدشين عيادات افتراضية للدعم الروحي في مكة"التعليم" تعزز التطوير المهني للمدارس عبر برنامج التطوير الموجه ذاتيًاوقد أوضح الرئيس التنفيذي لتجمع مكة المكرمة الصحي، الدكتور حاتم العمري، أن حصول التجمع على شهادة "منظمة حكومية مبتكرة" (CInOrg®️) من معهد الابتكار العالمي يمثل دليلاً قوياً على مستوى النضج والقدرة العالية في مجال الابتكار. ويتم تقييم هذا النضج عبر ثلاثة مجالات رئيسية تشمل استراتيجية الابتكار، بنية الابتكار التي تتضمن ستة مجالات أساسية تضم 18 عنصراً مختلفاً، إضافة إلى مخرجات ونتائج الابتكار.

وأكد الدكتور العمري أن هذا الإنجاز يأتي تتويجاً لجهود التجمع الصحي في تنفيذ مجموعة من المشاريع الصحية المبتكرة التي أسهمت في تحسين مستوى الرعاية الصحية والارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة. وقد نجح التجمع في تنفيذ 33 مشروعاً ابتكارياً كان لها الأثر الكبير في تعزيز تجربة المستفيدين، ومن بين هذه المشاريع مركز التحكم بالموارد، الذي يُعد جزءاً من نموذج الرعاية الصحية ضمن برامج نظام الرعاية العاجلة، وحصل على المركز الأول ضمن مشاريع نموذج الرعاية الصحية في جائزة أداء لعام 2023.الدكتور العمري
وأضاف العمري أن من بين المشاريع الابتكارية الأخرى التي أطلقها التجمع مشروع الزيارة الافتراضية للمرضى الحجاج خلال موسم الحج، والذي يتيح تفعيل الزيارات الافتراضية للمرضى الحجاج مع ذويهم، مما كان له أثر كبير في زيادة نسبة الرضا لدى الحجاج. كما تضمنت المشاريع المتميزة مبادرة "زمزم باركود" التي تهدف إلى توعية الحجاج بأكثر الأمراض شيوعاً بلغات متعددة من خلال باركود مطبوع على عبوات ماء زمزم، بالإضافة إلى مشروع المجالس الاستشارية للمرضى وأسرهم، والذي يركز على تعزيز دور المرضى وأسرهم في تحسين تجربة الرعاية الصحية.
وأشار الدكتور حاتم العمري إلى أن التجمع لم يتوقف عند هذه المشاريع فحسب، بل استمر في تقديم مبادرات جديدة تعزز من جودة الخدمات الصحية، مثل مشروع "الرعاية المرتكزة على الإنسان" الذي يسعى إلى تطبيق المعايير الأساسية للرعاية الإنسانية في جميع منشآت التجمع الصحي، وبرنامج "إسألني" الذي يتيح للمرضى والمستفيدين الحصول على استشارات سريعة وموثوقة. ومن ضمن المبادرات الأخرى التي أطلقها التجمع منصة الخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية الرقمية، والشواخص الإرشادية في المراكز الصحية بالمشاعر المقدسة، ومنصة مركز الامتياز في الرعاية الاجتماعية، بالإضافة إلى تطبيق الحوكمة المشتركة في التمريض.
