مستشفى دله النخيل ينجح في استئصال ورم سرطاني معقد لمريض في العقد السادس

في إجراء طبي جديد، ومتميز لمستشفى دله النخيل في الرياض، نجح فريق طبي مختص في المستشفى، في إجراء أول عملية استئصال ورم معقد في البطن، لدى أحد المرضى، في العقد السادس من العمر.
وتفصيلا، أوضح استشاري جراحة الجهاز الهضمي والأورام في مستشفى دله النخيل، الدكتور محمد العقيل، الطبيب المعالج للحالة، بأن الفحوصات الدقيقة التي تم إجراؤها للمريض، كشفت عن تشخيص ورم سرطاني بارز من المعدة، كان بين أحشاء بطن المريض، بلغ وزنه نحو 4.

5 كيلوجرام، الأمر الذي أدّى إلى انسداد في الأمعاء، مع وجود حصوة بالمرارة، والتي بلغ حجمها نحو 6 سم *2.5 سم.
