شرطة النقل تضبط 1603 قضية في 24 ساعة

قامت الإدارة العامة لشرطة النقل والمواصلات في وزارة الداخلية بعدة حملات لضبط كافة المخالفات والظواهر السلبية التى تؤثر على مرفق مترو الأنفاق، ومحطات السكك الحديدية، وداخل القطارات.. وأسفرت جهودها عن ضبط (1603) قضية متنوعة.

هذا وجارى مواصلة الحملات المكبرة على مستوى الجمهورية.
جاء ذلك فى إطار إستراتيجية وزارة الداخلية بمواصلة الحملات الأمنية المُكبرة على مستوى الجمهورية لإحكام السيطرة الأمنية، ومواجهة كافة أشكال الجريمة بشتى صورها ، ومكافحة كافة الأنشطة الإجرامية.
الجدير بالذكر أن أجهزة الأمن تشن يوميًا حملات مكبرة لضبط مروجي المخدرات والأسلحة النارية ويأتي ذلك فى إطار مواصلة الحملات الأمنية المُكثفة لمواجهة أعمال البلطجة، وضبط الخارجين عن القانون، وحائزى الأسلحة النارية والبيضاء، وإحكام السيطرة الأمنية، وتكثيف الجهود لمكافحة جرائم الفساد بصوره وأشكاله، مما ينعكس إيجابياً على الاقتصاد الوطنى والحفاظ على المال العام.
وفي سياق متصل، قضت محكمة جنايات القاهرة، المُنعقدة في مُجمع محاكم القاهرة الجديدة في التجمع الخامس، بمُعاقبة المُتهم صالح.ح بالسجن المُشدد 6 سنوات، وذلك لإدانته بالإتجار في الهيروين بالقطامية.
وشمل الحكم تغريمه مبلغ 200 ألف جنيه، وألزمت بالمصاريف الجنائية، وبمصادرة المخدر المضبوط.
كما قضت بمُعاقبة المُتهم سيد.أ بالسجن المُشدد 3 سنوات، وتغريمه مبلغ 10 آلاف جنيه عما أسند إليه وبمصادرة المخدر المضبوط وألزمته بالمصاريف الجنائية.
صدر الحكم برئاسة المستشار ياسر أحمد الأحمداوي، وعضوية المُستشارين د.عادل محمد السيوي وأحمد رضوان أبا زيد، وحضور الأستاذ محمد جاويش وكيل النيابة، والأستاذ محمد طه أمين السر.
وأسندت النيابة العامة للمُتهم صالح.م أنه في يوم 5 يونيو 2023 بدائرة قسم القطامية أحرز بقصد الإتجار جوهراً مُخدراً (الهيروين) في غير الأحوال المُصرح بها قانوناً على النحو المبين بالأوراق.
وأسندت النيابة أيضاً للمتهم الثاني سيد.أ أنه أحرز بقصد التعاطي مُخدري الهيروين والحشيش في غير الأحوال المُصرح بها قانوناً.
وثبت من تقريري المعمل الكيماوي بمصلحة الطب الشرعي أن اللفافات المضبوطة بحوزة المُتهمين تحوي الهيروين المُخدر المُدرج بالجدول الأول من جداول قانون المخدرات.
كما ثبت بتحليل بول المُتهم الثاني إيجابيتها لأحد نواتج أيض الحشيش المُخدر المُدرج بالجدول الأول من قانون المُخدرات.
