الأمم المتحدة تدين استهداف الاحتلال لمركبة بغزة تحمل شارتها

أدان المتحدث باسم الأمم المتحدة، ستيفان دوجاريك، استهداف جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لمركبة عمل إنساني في غزة، كانت عليها بوضوح شارة الأمم المتحدة.
وأوضح أن جنود الاحتلال استهدفوا المركبة عشر مرات بالرصاص بعضها استهدف النوافذ الأمامية، فيما كانت ضمن قافلة تم تنسيق تحركها بشكل كامل مع جيش الاحتلال.
وأشار إلى أن المركبة أصيبت بعشر رصاصات على الأقل، منها خمس على الجانب الذي يوجد فيه السائق، واثنتان على جانب الركاب وثلاث في أجزاء أخرى من السيارة. ولم يُصب أي من الموظفين الذين كانوا على متن السيارة بضرر جسدي.
وشدد على ضرورة احترام القانون الدولي الإنساني في كل الأوقات، بما يعني حماية المدنيين وتوفير احتياجاتهم الأساسية، بما في ذلك الغذاء والماء والمأوى والصحة أينما كانوا في غزة.
