مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينجح في إنهاء معاناة مراجعين خضعا لجراحات سمنة سابقة

شهد مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، إجراء عمليتين تصحيحيتن، لـ"أربعيني وثلاثينية"، خضعا لجراحات سمنة غير دقيقة قبل "12" و"14" سنة، وعانيا خلال السنوات الأخيرة من عدة أعراض حادة نتيجة لذلك، ذكر ذلك د. خالد مرزا استشاري جراحة السمنة، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.
الذي قال أن المراجعين زارا المستشفى وهما يشتكيان من ضعف وهزال حاد ومزمن، ونقص في عدة فيتامينات، كذلك نقص حاد فى البروتين، نتيجة إجرائهما لعمليات سمنة سابقة، وتسببت هذه المضاعفات في تنويمهما بشكل متكرر في المستشفيات لعدة أيام، وتم استقبالهما بمستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب، وأجريت لهما فحوصات دقيقة، أبرزها منظار المعدة، وتحاليل كاملة للدم، وتبين أنهما يعانيان من قلة امتصاص الغذاء، ومن التصاقات حادة، فقام الفريق الطبي الذي ضم عدة تخصصات بدراسة الحالتين، وخلص إلى خطة علاجية، استهدفت تحسين مستوى الصحة العامة للمراجعين ومعالجة سوء التغذية ونقص الفيتامينات والمعادن وفقر الدم، وحققت هذه المرحلة نجاحاً كبيراً، حيث تحسنت الحالة العامة لكلا المراجعين، ومهد ذلك الطريق لإجراء عمليتين منفصلتين عبر تقنية المنظار، جرى فيهما إصلاح كافة الالتصاقات، وتطويل الأمعاء لزيادة الامتصاص، وجرت العمليتان بسلاسة ووفقاً للخطة العلاجية، وانتهتا ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، واستغرقت كل عملية نحو "3" ساعات، ونقل بعدها المراجعين إلى غرف التنويم، حيث أمضت الحالة الأولى "3" أيام والثانية يومين، ثم غادرا المستشفى بحالة صحية جيدة.
