أعلنت موقع فرصنا التابع لوزارة التضامن توفر 50 وظيفة خالة في شركة «شاتورنا» العاملة في مجال الحياكة وتفصيل الملابس الجاهزة، بشرط امتلاكهم مهارة للعمل في مصنعها بمنطقة سموحة بالإسكندرية، وذلك دون اشتراط الحصول على أي مؤهل أكاديمي، مع توفير مرتبات مجزية تناسب الخبرة والكفاءة في العمل.

مهام الوظيفة وشروطهاتتضمن المهام الرئيسية لهذه الوظيفة تشغيل ماكينات الخياطة المختلفة بواسطة عامل حياكة «سنجر، أوفر، أورليه» وإنتاج قطع الملابس وفقا للمواصفات المحددة، مع اشتراط توفر عدد من المتطلبات وهي كالتالي:
- السن: بين 19 و 35 عاما.
- المؤهل: لا يشترط أي مؤهل أكاديمي محدد.
- الخبرة: لا يشترط وجود خبرة ولكن يُفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال الخياطة.
- المهارات: دقة في العمل، القدرة على التعامل مع الأدوات والمعدات، الالتزام بالمواعيد.

أعلنت وزارة التعليم فتح التقديم على (10,494) وظيفة تعليمية بنظام التعاقد المكاني في جميع الإدارات العامة للتعليم، للعام الدراسي 1447هـ، من خلال المنصة الوطنية الموحدة للتوظيف "جدارات"، وذلك لجميع الخريجين ووفق تخصصات محددة لسد الاحتياج.
ويبدأ التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية اعتبارًا من يوم الجمعة 07 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 07 مارس 2025م، للمتقدمين وينتهي بنهاية يوم الأربعاء 12 رمضان 1446 هـ الموافق 12 مـارس 2025، وللمتقدمات يوم الجمعة بتاريخ 14 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 14مارس 2025م، وينتهي بنهاية يوم الأربعاء 19 رمضان 1446هـ الموافق 19 مارس 2025م، وذلك وفقًا للائحة التنفيذية للموارد البشرية في الخدمة المدنية.

وتعتمد المفاضلة النهائية بين المرشحين على ضوابط وشروط شغل الوظائف التعليمية التي تتضمن: المعدل التراكمي (10%)، وأقدمية التخرّج (10%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للعام (30%)، ودرجة اختبار الرخصة المهنية للتخصص (50%).
ويأتي إعلان التقديم على الوظائف التعليمية بنظام التعاقد المكاني مرتبطًا بالتوجهات المستقبلية لوزارة التعليم، وجزءًا من التحول في المنظومة التعليمية لاستقطاب الكوادر التعليمية المؤهلة، وفق ضوابط واشتراطات تحقق الكفاءة والمهنية، وتسهم في تحسين نواتج التعلم، وتعزيز جودة التعليم، إذ تتطلب التميّز المهني وتحقيق أعلى المعايير بتطبيق أدوات قياس معيارية تتيح اختيار الأكفاء من النواحي العملية والنظرية والتطبيقية، إلى جانب التأهيل المهني من خلال البرامج والدورات الملزمة التي ينفذها المعهد الوطني للتطوير المهني التعليمي وصولًا إلى "تمهين التعليم" بإيجاد معلم مؤهل حاصل على الرخصة المهنية لمزاولة مهنة التعليم.
