مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يستأصل ورم عالي الخطورة وزنه 6 كجم ومنتشر في عدة أعضاء بالبطن

أنهى مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر معاناة سيدة ستينية، مع تبعات أورام منتشرة في المبيضين والطُحال والأمعاء ومنديل البطن والكبد، بعملية جراحية كبيرة، ذكرت ذلك د.سارة الربيش استشارية النساء والولادة وجراحة الأورام النسائية والمناظير.
وقالت د.الربيش أن المراجعة زارت المستشفى وهي تشتكي من آلام بالبطن، والظهر، وأخضعت لعدة فحوصات دقيقة، أهمها التصوير بالأشعة المقطعية، بالإضافة إلى تحاليل الدم المخبرية، فأظهرت النتائج وجود أورام منتشرة في المبيضين والأمعاء والطحال، بالإضافة إلى الكبد وصفاق البطن، علماً بأنها راجعت عدة مستشفيات أخرى، وتم تشخيصها بوجود أكياس بالمبايض، مضيفة أن الفريق الطبي الذي ضم أيضاً د.

أسامة البتديني استشاري الجراحة العامة، قام بأخذ عينة من الورم، وبين الفحص أنه ورم سرطاني عالي الخطورة، وتمت مناقشة الحالة والوصول إلى خطة علاجية، تم بمقتضاها إخضاع المراجعة لعملية جراحية عاجلة، جرى فيها استئصال الرحم والمبايض وأجزاء من الأمعاء والطحال وتنظيف الغشاء البيتوني والكبد من الخلايا التي احتوت على الأورام.
