الصعوبات تواجه الفريق المصري والسعودي في تدريبات عبور المانش بسبب الرياح والأمطار

انتاب الفريق المصري والسعودي لتتابع عبور بحر المانش تتابع دمج بين ذوي الهمم والأصحاء حالة من القلق، بسبب صعوبات التدريب في بحر المانش نتيجة للأمطار الغزيرة والرياح الشديدة.
قام الفريق المصري والسعودي بالرغم من الصعوبات التي واجهتهم بالتدريب تحت قيادة الكابتن خالد شلبي وكيل عبور المانش في الشرق الأوسط، وإصرار الفريق على إنجاز المهمة دون النظر لأي صعوبات.
وتضم البعثة السباحين ذوى الهمم السعودي فيصل القصيبي والسباح المصري محمد كرم والسباحين الأصحاء هم “كريم عاصم، محمد أبو الوفا، شيروت حافظ، وليد زايد“.
ويقام تتابع عبور بحر المانش يوم 28 أغسطس الجاري، تحت رعاية الدكتور أشرف صبحي وزير الشباب والرياضة.
وقد أكد الدكتور أشرف صبحي وزير الشباب والرياضة أن الوزارة تسير وفقًا لسياسة الدولة التي تولي اهتمامًا وعناية كبيرة في مجال رعاية وتأهيل الأشخاص أصحاب الهمم وبخاصة في المجال الرياضي البارالمبي، مع توفير الخدمات التدريبية والتأهيلية الملائمة، والفرص المتكافئة مع أقرانهم.
وقد خضع السباحون لتدريبات مكثفة على السباحة في المياه المفتوحة بشاطئ الفيو بمدينة الغردقة لتطوير الأداء والمهارات.
يذكر أن بحر المانش الذي يربط ميناء دووڤر في بريطانيا بميناء كاليه في فرنسا ورغم طول المسافة إلا أن صعوبة هذا العبور تعتمد على الأحوال الجوية يوم العبور والتى تتركز في سرعة الرياح وارتفاع الأمواج.
