تحت رعاية صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية والرئيس الفخري للجمعية الخيرية لتأهيل الحاسبات الآلية ارتقاء ، تطلق جمعية ارتقاء وبالتعاون مع مجلس الجمعيات الأهلية بالمنطقة الشرقية وبدعم متميز وشراكة إستراتيجية مع وزارة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات والمركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي ينطلق في أكتوبر القادم ملتقى التحول الرقمي للقطاع غير الربحي وذلك في يوم 22 ولمدة يومين في معارض الظهران الدولية- اكسبو .
