ورد استفسار إلى برنامج حساب المواطن من أحد المستفيدين، نصه: "هل السجل الزراعي يؤثر على الدعم؟".
استحقاق دعم حساب المواطنأجاب حساب المواطن، عبر صفحته بمنصة إكس، بأن السجل الزراعي لا يؤثر على دعم حساب المواطن، لافتًا إلى أنه في حال وجود دخل إضافي لابد من الإفصاح عنه وفي حال انطبقت عليك شروط الأهلية وكنت مستحق سيشملك الدعم.
وأشار إلى أنه يمكن معرفة قيمة الاستحقاق للدعم من خلال الحاسبة التقديرية https://portal.ca.gov.sa .

حالة الدفعة "تحت الاجراء للصرف" متى يمكن تقديم اعتراض مالي؟
- بإمكانك تقديم اعتراض مالي في حال أصبحت حالة الدفعة "مدفوعة" من خلال التوجه إلى حسابك (الدفعات المالية) واختيار (دفعة ناقصة أو صفر).
ماهي معايير الاستحقاق؟
- في حال استيفاء شروط الأهلية يخصص الاستحقاق الفعلي لكل متقدم حسب المعايير الآتية: (إجمالي دخل الأسرة، عدد التابعين وأعمارهم)، ولمعرفة مبلغ الدعم يمكن استخدام الحاسبة التقديرية.
هل يحق لأي جهة حكومية أو خاصة الحجز على دعم حساب المواطن؟
- يتم إيداع الدعم الخاص بحساب المواطن على الحساب البنكي المسجل وفي حال واجهتك مشكلة يتم معالجتها من قبل البنك.
كيف يمكنني الدخول إلى حسابي في البرنامج؟
- يمكن تسجيل الدخول لحسابك عن طريق البوابة الالكترونية أو التطبيق بأحد الطرق التالية: (عن طريق النقاذ الوطني، وعن طريق الدخول على صفحة البرنامج وإدخال رقم الهوية وكلمة المرور الخاصة بك).

أودع اليوم الثلاثاء برنامج حساب المواطن 3.4 مليار ريال مخصص دعم شهر سبتمبر للمستفيدين المكتملة طلباتهم، حيث بلغ عدد المستفيدين المستوفين لمعايير الاستحقاق في الدفعة الثانية والثمانين 10.8 مليون مستفيد وتابع.
وذكر مدير عام التواصل لبرنامج حساب المواطن عبد الله الهاجري أن إجمالي ما دفعـه البرنامـج للمستفيدين منذ انطلاقته 216 مليار ريال منها 2.6 مليار ريال تعويضات عن دفعات سابقة، وموضحًا بأن 74% من المستفيدين تحصلوا على الدعم في هذه الدفعة، وبلغ متوسط دعم الأسرة الواحدة 1476 ريال.
