دله الصحية تستحوذ على مستشفيات السلام والأحساء بالمنطقة الشرقية

استمرارًا لاستراتيجيتها الرامية إلى التوسع في تقديم خدمات الرعاية الصحية وتعزيز نمو استثماراتها، أعلنت شركة دله للخدمات الصحية عن إبرام اتفاقية استحواذ واكتتاب مع شركة أيان للاستثمار للاستحواذ على %100 من شركة السلام للخدمات الطبية بالخبر، وعلى %97.4 من شركة الأحساء للخدمات الطبية بالهفوف، وذلك عن طريق زيادة رأس مال «شركة دله الصحية»، من خلال إصدار أسهم جديدة لشركة أيان للاستثمار.

يخضع توقيع هذه الاتفاقية لأخذ الموافقات اللازمة من الجهات الرسمية، ويعكس حرص «شركة دله الصحية»، على الانتشار والتوسع الجغرافي، لمواكبة ارتفاع الطلب على الخدمات الصحية في مدن المملكة المختلفة.

من جهته ذكر د.أحمد بابعير –الرئيس التنفيذي لـ « دله الصحية» - أن مستشفى السلام بالخبر ومستشفى الأحساء بالهفوف سيمثلان إضافة نوعية لشبكة مستشفيات دله الصحية، التي تضم كلًا من مستشفى دله النخيل، ومستشفى دله نمار، ومستشفى المملكة والعيادات الاستشارية (حصة 58.64%)، وشركة مستشفى د.محمد الفقيه (حصة 31.21%) بالرياض، والمركز الطبي الدولي (حصة 27.18%) بجدة، ومستشفى مركز مكة الطبي (92%) بمكة المكرمة. بالإضافة إلى سلسلة عيادات دله، ودله للرعاية المنزلية، ودله فارما للصناعات الدوائية.
وكانت «شركة دله الصحية»، قد أعلنت في وقت سابق، عن توقيعها مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة أيان للاستثمار لشراء أسهمها في كل من شركة الأحساء للخدمات الطبية المالكة لمستشفى الأحساء بالهفوف، وشركة السلام للخدمات الطبية المالكة لمستشفى السلام بالخبر.
