حزب مصر 2000: حل قضية «الحبس الاحتياطي» ركيزة أساسية تشغل الرأي العام

قال محمد غزال رئيس حزب مصر 2000 وعضو تحالف الأحزاب المصرية، إن قضية الحبس الاحتياطي تمثل إحدى القضايا الأكثر أهمية التي تشغل الرأي العام المصري، بيد أن هذه القضية تُعد ركيزة أساسية لتعزيز الحقوق السياسية والمدنية وفتح المجال العام في مصر، وبناءا علي ذلك كان هناك تفاعلاً إيجابيا من جميع الأطراف المشاركة في الحوار الوطني مع هذا الملف الحيوي.
أشاد عضو تحالف الأحزاب المصرية بما وصل إليه مجلس أمناء الحوار الوطني في قضية الحبس الاحتياطي ورفعة إلي رئيس الجمهورية مشيراً أن مجلس أمناء الحوار الوطني ناقش قضية الحبس الاحتياطي على جلستين، وأن توصيات الحوار الوطني التي تم رفعها إلى للرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي تتشابه مع التوصيات التي خرجت من الجلسة الفرعية التي شكلها مجلس النواب لمناقشة قانون الإجراءات الجنائية وقضية الحبس الاحتياطي.
ملف حقوق الإنسانوأوضح محمد غزال، أهمية تفاعل الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي مع مطالب القوى السياسية والحزبية، والاستجابة لتلك المطالب المتعلقة بالحبس الاحتياطي حيث ترتبط بملف حقوق الإنسان وتتصل بصورة مصر في هذا الملف على المستوى الدولي بيد أن تلك الخطوة رسالة إيجابية تحتاج إلى تفعيل في أسرع وقت وترجمة.
قانون الحبس الاحتياطيوأكد رئيس حزب مصر 2000، أن قانون الحبس الاحتياطي عندما طرح للمناقشة داخل الحوار الوطني، أو مجلس النواب يعني تعظيم الحريات العامة، ونبني عليها قضايا أخرى وأن ذلك سيكون تعظيم للجمهورية الجديدة

ولقد بدأ الاجتماع بكلمات افتتاحيه تطرقت لمآثر مؤسس المؤسسة المغفور له صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن فهد بن عبدالعزيز وأعماله الجليلة والاثار التي تركتها هذه الاعمال على المستفيدين منها .. حيث أكد الأعضاء التزامهم بالسير على نهج المغفور له في دعم العمل الإنساني والخيري والتي ستظل شاهده على البذل والعطاء لخدمة الإنسانية .. وستستمر المؤسسة في العطاء بجهود أبناءه البررة .. كما أستذكر الأعضاء جهود المغفور له وبصماته مع كل مبادرة أطلقتها المؤسسة سواء على المستوى المحلي و العالمي.
ثم القى رئيس الجلسة صاحب السمو الأمير جلوي بن عبدالعزيز بن مساعد كلمة أشاد بدعم خادم الحرمين الشريفين وسمو ولي عهده الأمين –حفظهما الله – للعمل الخيري والإنساني. كما استعرض سموه مآثر الفقيد وأعماله الجليلة ومواقفه مع كل من تعامل معه مشيداً بدور أبناءه البررة للسير على نفس النهج.
بعد ذلك بدأ المجلس بالنظر في جدول أعمال واتخاذ القرارات اللازمة بشأنها .. ومن أهم ما جاء فيها اختيار صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير تركي بن محمد بن فهد بن عبدالعزيز رئيس لمجلس أمناء المؤسسة.
كما أطلع المجلس على المبادرات التي ستنفذها المؤسسة خلال شهر رمضان المبارك لهذا العام وهي على النحو التالي: رحلة عمرة للفقراء والمحتاجين، إفطار صائم بمكة والمدينة من المحتاجين الصائمين، السلال الغذائية، سقيا الماء بمكة والمدينة المنورة، ووقف مصاحف في الحرم المكي والمدني.
كما ناقش الاجتماع التوجهات الاستراتيجية المستقبلية للمؤسسة والتي أستعرضها سمو رئيس المجلس في ظل المعطيات المحلية والتطورات الذي تشهدها أعمال المؤسسة إذ تسعى المؤسسة على تنويع مصادر دخلها بهدف تنمية أوقافها وزيادة الصرف على الاعمال الخيرية المباشرة مع التأكيد على مسارين في أعمال المؤسسة المسار الاستثماري والعمل الخيري .. كما تطرق سموه إلى ضرورة تفعيل دور المجلس الاستشاري النسوي والتعاون والاستفادة من التجارب والممارسات المحلية.
