أطلق البنك المصرى لتنمية الصادرات (EBank) تطبيق الموبايل البنكى الجديد والذى يمثل تناغم فعال مع عالم الخدمات المصرفية الرقمية المتطور فى مصر.
قال د. أحمد جلال، رئيس مجلس إدارة البنك المصرى لتنمية الصادرات، «نحن فخورون بإطلاق هذا التطبيق الثورى الذى يمثل خطوة مهمة فى رحلتنا نحو التحول الرقمى. إننا نؤمن بأن التكنولوجيا الرقمية هى المحرك الرئيسى لتطوير الخدمات المصرفية، ويسعدنا عملنا المستمر على تطوير خدماتنا لتلبية احتياجات عملائنا وتوفير تجربة بنكية مميزة وآمنة لهم.
وقال إن التطبيق يأتى ضمن استراتيجية البنك لتعزيز التحول الرقمى وتقديم حلول بنكية مبتكرة تلبى احتياجات العصر الحديث، مما يتماشى مع هوية البنك الجديدة والحيوية. وتهدف هذه الخطوة إلى تقديم خدمات بنكية رقمية متطورة تسهم فى تحسين تجربة العملاء وزيادة كفاءة العمليات البنكية.
ويسهم إطلاق هذا التطبيق فى ترسيخ مكانة البنك كرائد فى مجال الخدمات المصرفية الرقمية، وذلك تماشياً مع رؤية مصر 2030. يوفر التطبيق للعملاء مجموعة واسعة من الخدمات المصرفية الرقمية التى تسهل حياتهم اليومية، وتدعم الاقتصاد الرقمى فى مصر من خلال تعزيز الشمول المالى وتوفير بيئة أعمال أكثر كفاءة.
من أبرز المميزات التى يقدمها التطبيق؛ إدارة الحسابات، حيث يتيح التطبيق للعميل إمكانية تصفح جميع حساباته والاطلاع على معاملاته البنكية المختلفة، وإدارة البطاقات، من خلال تمكين العملاء من إدارة بطاقاتهم البنكية بسهولة، بما فى ذلك تصفح معاملات البطاقة وإيقاف وتفعيل البطاقات، ودفع مستحقات البطاقات الائتمانية والقروض الشخصية، حيث يتيح التطبيق إمكانية دفع مستحقاتك بشكل مباشر وسريع، ما يوفر للعملاء الوقت والجهد، ودفع الفواتير والتبرعات، فيوفر التطبيق خدمة دفع الفواتير المختلفة مثل فواتير الكهرباء والمياه والغاز، بالإضافة إلى التبرع للجهات الخيرية والمؤسسات الإنسانية، وخدمة التحويلات، حيث يسمح التطبيق بإجراء التحويلات المالية بسهولة فى إطار محدد بشكل يومى يصل إلى ٢ مليون جنيه يومياً، ما يمنحهم مرونة فى إدارة أموالهم.

وأضاف الراشد "إن المملكة بقرارها الكريم، والمتزامن مع احتفالات الوطن بيوم التأسيس، تعيد للأذهان مجد الماضي وإنجازات الأولين، وتؤكد على تمسّكها بهويتها العربية والوطنية العريقة من خلال تصميم الرمز المستوحى من الخط العربي، ودلالاته الفنية المنبثقة عن تراث المملكة وثقافتها الأصيلة والراسخة، وهو إنجاز آخر تقدّمه قيادة المملكة للوطن وللعالم العربي بأسره على اعتباره أول رمز عالمي معتمد للعملات العربية".
