الصحة تكشف تفاصيل الاحتفال بشفاء 82 مريضا من الأورام في مستشفى السعديين

كشف الدكتور هاني جميعة وكيل وزارة الصحة والسكان بمحافظة الشرقية، تفاصيل تنظيم الاحتفالية السنوية للمتعافين من مرض السرطان بمركز علاج الأورام السرطانية في مستشفى السعديين المركزى بمركز منيا القمح.

وقال جميعة، في مداخلة هاتفية ببرنامج "صباح الخير يا مصر"، من تقديم الإعلاميين هبة حسين ومحمد الشاذلي، على القناة الأولى والفضائية المصرية، إنهم احتفلوا بشفاء 82 مريضا من الأورام في مستشفى بقرية مصرية، والمستحيل ليس مصريا، وقرية السعديين لها من اسمها نصيب.
وتابع وكيل وزارة الصحة والسكان بمحافظة الشرقية: أن عدم الاستسلام أهم أسباب النجاح، والمرضى كان لديهم يقين بالله بأنهم يمكنهم قهر هذا المرض اللعين.
وأوضح الدكتور هاني جمعة وكيل وزارة الصحة والسكان بمحافظة الشرقية، أنهم أكدوا أنّ العاملين بالمركز قدموا لهم كل الدعم، مشددًا، على أن المركز يعمل في إطار البروتوكولات العالمية، وليس من حق أي أحد التغيير أو الإضافة إلا بعد تشكيل لجنة متخصصة، وتُعرض البروتوكولات العلاجية على اللجنة الطبية المتخصصة وفريق من الصيدلة الإكلينيكية.

والذي أضاف بأن المراجعة وصلت المستشفى في حالة متأخرة، إذ تبين من الكشف السريري أنها تشكو من الام حادة ومتزايدة مع إنتفاخ في كامل منطقة البطن، بالإضافة إلى شعورها بالإرهاق الشديد ، على الفور تم إخضاعها لحزمة من الفحوصات الطبية والتي شملت الأشعة المقطعية (C.T Scan) والرنين المغناطيسي (M.R.I) ومنظار القولون وعدداً من التحاليل المخبرية.

مشيراً إلى تكوين فريق طبي من الدكتور خالد الزهراني استشاري النساء والولادة والدكتور كامل فدعق استشاري المسالك البولية ، وعقب دراستهم لكامل نتائج الفحوصات والإطلاع على التاريخ المرضي، اتخذوا القرار بالتدخل الجراحي العاجل للحيلولة دون إصابتها بمزيد من المضاعفات ، موضحاً أن العملية استغرقت 5 ساعات متواصلة تحت التخدير العام، وتم فيها عمل فتح جراحي واستئصال كامل الورم مع جزء من جدار المثانة والرحم، نقلت بعدها إلى جناح التنويم مع وضعها تحت العناية الحثيثة على مدار الساعة.
