مؤتمر وطني لتوعية الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بحقهم في مجالس الجهات

أعلن رئيس المنظمة التونسية للدفاع عن حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة يسري المزاتي في تصريح لموزاييك الأربعاء 9 أوت 2023 الانطلاق في عقد المؤتمر الوطني لحملة "من حقي نشارك" وفي جدول أعماله تقييم لمشاركة الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في الاستفتاء على الدستور والانتخابات التشريعية الأولى والثانية خاصة مع تسجيل مشاركة 144 ملاحظا في الانتخابات البرلمانية أكثر من 50 % منهم من ذوي الإعاقة المتنوعة وهي أول تجربة في العالم لمشاركة ذوي الإعاقة في مراقبة الانتخابات.
وبين يسري المزاتي بأن هذه التجربة الناجحة ستكون قاعدة انطلاقهم في التحضير للحملة بما خصص لفائدتهم ضمن المرسوم العاشر الذي أعلن عنه رئيس الجمهورية قيس سعيد والخاص بإجراء انتخابات للمجالس المحلية والأقاليم والجهات وتخصيص مقعد قار للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وهو ما يعني منح 279 مقعدا للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بالتزكية إضافة إلى منحهم الفرصة للتقدم كمترشحين .
وأضاف أن هذا المرسوم يعطي الفرصة لذوي الإعاقة ليكونوا أصحاب قرار ومتابعة المشاريع وتفعيل التشريعات في المجالس المحلية، مشيرا إلى أنه في إطار التحضير لانتخابات المجالس المحلية والأقاليم والجهات سيتم الانطلاق بتوعية وتكوين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بأهمية المرسوم وحقوقهم السياسية بالخصوص وفرص الترشح حيث أنه في حال كان مترشحا واحدا فانه يحظى بالمقعد المخصص له بالجهة وفي حال وجود أكثر من مترشح فإن الهيئة العليا المستقلة للانتخابات ستفصل في ذلك عبر عملية القرعة لاختيار من الفائز بالمقعد .

كما أشار صاحب السمو الأمير فيصل بن عبدالرحمن بن ناصر بن فرحان آل سعود الرئيس التنفيذي لجمعية لأجلهم إن دعم "زين السعودية" لتطبيقات الجمعية مثل تطبيق "مصحف تبيان للصم" الحائز على جائزة الملك فيصل لخدمة الإسلام لعام 2025م و"تطبيق رفيقي" عبر منصاتها الرقمية، إلى جانب إطلاق حملات توعوية ومساندة مبادراتنا مثل "صنع بأيديهم" و"معًا نمشي"، يمثل نقلة نوعية في مسيرتنا نحو تمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وتعزيز اندماجهم الفاعل في المجتمع.
