حساب المواطن يوضح الإجراء المتبع حال ظهور حالة الدفعة "مدفوعة" وعدم استلام الدعم

ورد استفسار إلى برنامج حساب المواطن، من أحد المستفيدين، نصه: "أنا لم ينزل لي حساب المواطن ودخلت الصفحة مكتوب مدفوعة لهذا الشهر ايش الحل؟".
وأوضح حساب المواطن، عبر صفحته بموقع إكس، أنه في حال كانت حالة الدفعة "مدفوعة" يتم مراجعة البنك والتأكد من عدم إيداع الدفعة.
ونوه إلى أنه في حال لم يتم الإيداع يمكن رفع طلب على صوتك مسموع واختيار تصنيف التذكرة "المدفوعات" وتصنيف التذكرة الفرعي " لم يتم استلام الدفعة" من خلال الرابط:

— خدمة المستفيدين (@Citizen_care) August 12, 2024يذكر أن برنامج حساب المواطن أودع، أمس، 3.4 مليارات ريال مخصص دعم شهر أغسطس للمستفيدين المكتملة طلباتهم، حيث بلغ عدد المستفيدين المستوفين لمعايير الاستحقاق في الدفعة الحادية والثمانين 10.8 ملايين مستفيد وتابع.
وقال مدير عام التواصل لبرنامج حساب المواطن عبدالله الهاجري إن إجمالي ما دفعه البرنامـج للمستفيدين منذ انطلاقته 212 مليار ريال، منها 2.6 مليار ريال تعويضات عن دفعات سابقة، مبيناً أن 74% من المستفيدين تحصلوا على الدعم في هذه الدفعة، وبلغ متوسط دعم الأسرة الواحدة 1477 ريالًا.
وأكد «الهاجري» أن عدد أرباب الأسر المستفيدين من البرنامج في هذه الدفعة أكثر من 2.1 مليون رب أسرة، وذلك مانسبته 72%، فيما بلغ عدد التابعين 7.8 ملايين مستفيد.
