مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يستأصل ورماً تجاوز وزنه "10" كجم من بطن "عشريني"

نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، في استئصال ورم ضخم تجاوز وزنه "10" كجم، وحجمه "25 × 20" سم²، منشاءه الجزء الأيمن من البطن، وتمدد واتصل بالأنسجة والعضلات الجانبية والتصق كذلك بالغشاء البروتيني بالبطن، حيث أنهت العملية الجراحية معاناة شاب "عشريني"، مع تبعات الورم الحادة.
وقال د.عبدالوهاب الشهراني إستشاري الجراحة العامة وجراحات السمنة والمناظير المتقدمة والروبوت وجراحات الكبد والبنكرياس والقنوات المرارية، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج، أن المراجع زار المستشفى إثر شعوره بأعراض حادة تمثلت في آلام مزمنة بالبطن، وتقلصات وصعوبة في الهضم، مع الإحساس المستمر بالإعياء والتعب، فأجريت له حزمة من الفحوصات الطبية الدقيقة كالأشعة المقطعية والرنين المغناطيسي، وتحاليل الدم وفحص علامات الأورام، وقد أظهرت النتائج إصابته بورم ضخم في الجزء الأيمن من البطن، حيث تمدد إلى الأنسجة والعضلات الجانبية، وكذلك الغشاء البروتيني للبطن، وبعد دراسة الحالة على ضوء المعطيات التي قدمتها نتائج الفحوصات، أُخضِع لعملية جراحية دقيقة ومعقدة، تم فيها إستئصال الورم بالكامل، بعد أن تم فصله من الأوردة والأنسجة الحيوية الملاصقة، ومضت العملية التي استمرت قرابة الثلاث ساعات، كما كان مرسوماً لها في الخطة العلاجية، وتككلت جهود الفريق الطبي ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، دون الحاجة لنقل أي وحدة دم أثناء العملية وتمت إفاقته مباشرة بغرفة العمليات.
