جدة.. إطلاق مشروعات تطويرية بقيمة 521 مليون ريال

أطلقت المدن الصناعية بجدة التابعة للهيئة السعودية للمدن الصناعية ومناطق التقنية "مدن" اليوم، عددًا من المشروعات التطويرية الجديدة بقيمة تجاوزت 521 مليون ريال، وذلك تعزيزًا لإستراتيجية "مدن" وتهيئة بيئة استثمارية مُمكنة، ودعم جودة الخدمات الأساسية بما يُسهم في ترسيخ جاذبيتها كوجهة صناعية إقليمية وعالمية.
ودشَّن المشروعات الجديدة نائب وزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية لشؤون الصناعة م. خليل بن سلمة، بحضور الرئيس التنفيذي للهيئة السعودية للمدن الصناعية ومناطق التقنية "مدن"، م. ماجد بن رافد العرقوبي.تطوير الصناعة الوطنيةوتضمنت المشروعات وضع حجر أساس مشروع استكمال تطوير البنى التحتية للمرحلة الأولى في المدينة الصناعية الثالثة بجدة بقيمة تتخطى 367 مليون ريال، ضمن المبادرات المُسندة لـ "مدن" في برنامج تطوير الصناعة الوطنية والخدمات اللوجستية "ندلب".

وأطلق نائب وزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية لشؤون الصناعة، مشروع تنفيذ 24 مصنعًا جاهزًا بمساحة 350 مترًا مربعًا للمصنع الواحد في المدينة الصناعية الأولى بجدة، تلبية لمتطلبات السوق المحلية، ودعمًا لأصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة ورواد الأعمال الأكثر إشغالًا للمصانع والوحدات الجاهزة.معالجة مياه الصرفوشملت المشروعات مشروع محطة معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي والصناعي بطاقة استيعابية 10 آلاف متر مكعب يوميًا في المرحلة الأولى لخدمة ما يزيد على 1,226 مصنعًا، وتحسين المشهد الحضري في المدينة الصناعية الثانية بجدة.
وكذلك تنفيذ شبكة الري في المدينة الصناعية الثانية بجدة والتي تغطي مساحة تتجاوز 400 ألف متر مربع، ضمن مبادرة مدن خضراء، وإطلاق الخدمة الإسعافية في المدينتين الصناعيتين الثانية والثالثة بجدة؛ تعزيزًا للسلامة الوقائية.
ووقف م. خليل بن سلمة على خطوط الإنتاج ومنظومة التشغيل داخل العديد من المصانع، واستمع إلى شرح عن خطط العمل وآليات التطوير، وصولًا إلى تحقيق مستهدفات توطين الصناعات النوعية، وأن تكون المملكة الوجهة المفضلة لنمو الاستثمارات الإقليمية والعالمية.

وشهدت المدينتان الصناعيتان الثانية والثالثة بجدة نموًا كبيرًا في عدد المصانع منذ عام 2018 بنسبة تزيد على 200%، إذ تجاوز حجم الاستثمارات الصناعية حاجز 30 مليار ريال، ونما عدد الوظائف المباشرة بأكثر من 10 آلاف وظيفة للمواطنين في القطاعين الصناعي والخدمي، بينها 1,600 وظيفة نسائية.

وتتولى "مدن" منذ عام 2001 تطوير الأراضي الصناعية متكاملة الخدمات، إذ تشرف حاليًا على 36 مدينة صناعية في المملكة، بجانب إشرافها على المُجمعات والمدن الصناعية الخاصة.
كما تعمل على تطوير منظومتها الاستثمارية وتعزيزها بمعايير الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، وبرنامج جودة الحياة لمواكبة تطلعات شركائها من القطاع الخاص.
