اقتصاد إسرائيل ينهار .. انخفاض قيمة الشيكل للربع وعجز الميزانية إلي 8%

أفادت تقارير من داخل إسرائيل، اليوم الخميس، أن إقتصاد إسرائيل بدء في الانهيار مع انخفاض قيمة الشيكل الإسرائيلي إلي 25%، مع توقع زيادة العجز الإقتصادي إلي 8% بعد أن وصل إلي 6.6%.
وفقا للتقرير، فإن الانخفاض المفرط في قيمة الشيكل لا يزال في ارتفاع، ويبلغ حوالي 25% مما كان متوقعا قبل الإعلان عن الإصلاح القضائي.
في تقرير "صورة الأمة 2024" الذي أصدره مركز تاوب هذا الأسبوع، توقع مركز تاوب بشكل متحفظ أن يصل العجز في إسرائيل إلى 8% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي حتى من دون اندلاع حرب شاملة في شمال إسرائيل.
هذا يتجاوز بكثير سقف العجز البالغ 6.6% المحدد في النسخة المحدثة من ميزانية 2024، في مارس، والمقصود تطبيقه حتى نهاية العام.
وقال المركز إن ارتفاع نسبة الدين إلى الناتج المحلي الإجمالي قد "يزيد من تعريض التصنيف الائتماني لـ إسرائيل للخطر ويؤدي إلى ارتفاع إضافي في مدفوعات الفائدة.
وتطرق التقرير أيضًا إلى تأثير الحرب ومحاولة الإصلاح القضائي المثيرة للجدل على الشيكل، قائلاً إنه عشية الحرب، كان انخفاض قيمة الشيكل 17٪ عند تتبع العلاقة بين سعر صرف الشيكل مقابل الدولار والدولار نسبة إلى مؤشر ستاندرد آند بورز 500.
إن الانخفاض الزائد في قيمة الشيكل لا يزال في ارتفاع، وفقًا للتقرير، ويبلغ حوالي 25٪ مما كان متوقعًا قبل الإعلان عن الإصلاح القضائي.
نظام الرعاية الصحية في إسرائيل
أبرز التقرير أن إسرائيل هي الدولة الأكثر تكلفة في منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية، مضيفًا أن مستويات الأسعار في إسرائيل كانت أعلى بنسبة 38٪ من متوسط منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية، اعتبارًا من عام 2022.
عند مقارنة إسرائيل بدول منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية الأخرى من حيث الرعاية الصحية، فإن إنفاق إسرائيل على الرعاية الصحية يقع في الثلث الأدنى، كما قال التقرير.
وحتى عند حساب البنية المختلفة لنظام الرعاية الصحية في إسرائيل، وملامح أعمار سكانها، لا تزال إسرائيل في الثلث الأدنى، كما جاء في التقرير.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن حصة الحكومة الإسرائيلية من الإنفاق الصحي هي أيضًا من بين الأدنى في منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية، حيث يشكل الإنفاق الوطني على الرعاية الصحية 7.3٪ من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي اعتبارًا من عام 2022، وهو أقل بكثير من متوسط منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية البالغ 9.3٪.
