خضع لاعب فريق الاتفاق الشاب عواد دهل، لعملية جراحية ناجحة في مفصل الركبة، أمس الثلاثاء.
وكان اللاعب قد تعرض لإصابة بقطع في الرباط الصليبي، خلال المباراة الودية التي جمعت فريق الاتفاق تحت سن الـ 21 عامًا، أمام نظيره توتنهام الإنجليزي.
وكشفت الإدارة الاتفاقية أن دهل سيخضع لبرنامج علاجي وتأهيلي مدته 6 أشهر، ليتم بعدها تحديد مدى جاهزيته من العودة للملاعب مرة أخرى.

وقال الكابتن مهدي أنه تعرض للإصابة أثناء حصة تدريبية مع فريقه، مضيفاً أنه ظل يعاني من عدة أعراض أبرزها الألم، وعدم القدرة على تحريك اليد، وتسببت هذه الأعراض في توقفه عن ممارسة نشاطه الرياضي، فقام بمراجعة المستشفى، وخضع لفحوصات طبية دقيقة، حيث بينت صور أشعة الرنين المغناطيسي إصابته بقطع في وتر العضلة ذات الرأسين، فأجريت له عملية ناجحة، لتثبيت وتر العضلة في المرفق.
