رئيس هيئة الرعاية الصحية: بعد تطبيق التأمين الصحي الشامل "بورسعيد" هي الأولى في ضبط معدلات النمو السكاني

التقى الدكتور أحمد السبكي، رئيس الهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية والمشرف العام على مشروعي التأمين الصحي الشامل وحياة كريمة بوزارة الصحة والسكان، مع الدكتورة عبلة الألفي، نائب وزير الصحة والسكان لشئون السكان وتنمية الأسرة المصرية، وذلك في المقر الرئيسي للهيئة بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة.
وناقش اللقاء سبل التعاون بين الهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية ووزارة الصحة لتنفيذ برامج تحسين الخصائص السكانية ودعم مبادرة الألف يوم الذهبية في محافظات تطبيق نظام التأمين الصحي الشامل.
وقال الدكتور أحمد السبكي، إن هيئة الرعاية الصحية ستعمل في سياق متصل مع جهود وزارة الصحة لتنفيذ برامج تحسين الخصائص السكانية ودعم مبادرة الألف يوم الذهبية في محافظات التأمين الصحي الشامل.
وأشار الدكتور أحمد السبكي، إلى أن محافظة بورسعيد أصبحت الأولى في ضبط معدلات النمو السكاني بعد تطبيق التأمين الصحي الشامل، بينما جاءت محافظة الأقصر في المرتبة العاشرة بين محافظات الجمهورية وفقًا لإحصاءات مركز التعبئة والإحصاء لعام 2021.
وأوضح الدكتور السبكي، أن معدلات عمليات الولادة القيصرية انخفضت بنسب تتجاوز 20% في المحافظات التي تم تطبيق نظام التأمين الصحي الشامل فيها، مما يعكس تحسنًا في جودة الرعاية الصحية المقدمة.
ومن جانبها، أكدت الدكتورة عبلة الألفي، على وجود خارطة طريق واضحة لتعزيز التعاون مع كافة الشركاء والمنظمات الدولية لتنفيذ برنامج متكامل لضبط النمو السكاني وتحسين مؤشرات الصحة العامة للمواطنين.
وأضافت الدكتورة عبلة الألفي، أن الوزارة تعمل على إطلاق حزمة برامج تدريبية للقابلات والمثقفات الريفيات لضمان وصول الرسالة التوعوية لكل أطياف المجتمع.
وأكدت، أيضًا أن التنسيق والتواصل المستمر وتوحيد قواعد البيانات هو أفضل طريقة لمتابعة تنفيذ الاستراتيجية الوطنية للسكان والتنمية.
وشارك اللقاء من جانب الهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية، كل من الدكتور هاني راشد، نائب رئيس إدارة الهيئة، والدكتور جمال رطبة، مستشار رئيس الهيئة للشئون المالية والدراسات الإكتوارية ورئيس الإدارة المركزية لخدمات الدعم المؤسسي، والدكتور عصام بشارة، مستشار رئيس الهيئة لأمراض النساء والتوليد.
