بمعدل 49,7%.. مستشفيات الصحة الأقل حصولاً على اعتماد ”سباهي“

فيما حصلت 66,1% من مستشفيات القطاعات الحكومية الصحية الأخرى كالتخصصية والعسكرية على اعتماد المجلس المركزي لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية ”سباهي“، كانت نسبة مستشفيات وزارة الصحة التي حصلت عليه 144 مستشفى وتمثل 49,7% من إجمالي مستشفيات الوزارة البالغ عددها 290 مستشفى، فيما كانت النسبة الأعلى من الحصول على الاعتماد هي من نصيب مستشفيات القطاع الخاص 89,3% بواقع 134 مستشفى من إجمالي المستشفيات التابعة له وعددها 150 مستشفى.
وكشف تقرير احصائي حديث أن 182 مستشفى من أصل 499 مستشفى تابع للقطاع الصحي الحكومي والخاص، لم يحصل على شهادة اعتماد المنشآت الصحية الصادرة من المركز السعودي لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية ”سباهي“.اعتماد سباهي

ويعتبر المركز السعودي لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية هو الجهة الرسمية المخولة منح شهادات الاعتماد لجميع منشآت الرعاية الصحية العاملة في القطاعين العام والخاص بالمملكة، وقد انبثق المركز السعودي لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية من المجلس الصحي السعودي كمنظمة غير هادفة للربح، وتكمن مهام المركز الرئيسية في وضع معايير جودة الرعاية الصحية وسلامة المرضى التي يتم بموجبها تقييم جميع منشآت الرعاية الصحية لإقامة الدليل على التقيد بتلك المعايير.
في أواخر عام 2013م صدر قرار مجلس الوزراء بتغيير الاسم الرسمي إلى ”المركز السعودي لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية“، وشمل القرار أيضًا تكليف المركز بالاعتماد الوطني لجميع منشآت الرعاية الصحية.شرط مسبق
هذا بالإضافة إلى تعميم وزارة الصحة باعتبار الاعتماد الصادر من المركز السعودي لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية شرطاً مسبقاً لتجديد رخصة التشغيل - خطوة نحو تشجيع المزيد من المشاركة في هذه المبادرة الوطنية الطموحة.
وتٌلزم جميع منشآت تقديم الرعاية الصحية في القطاعين العام والخاص «المستشفيات، المستوصفات، بنوك الدم، المختبرات الطبية» بالتقيد بالمعايير الوطنية التي يضعها المركز السعودي لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية والحصول على الاعتماد من خلال عملية التقييم المنصوص عليها من قبل المركز.
