مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينهي معاناة "شاب" مع "جنف" متطور بعملية منظار دقيقة

أجرى مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، عملية منظار ناجحة لتعديل انحراف "جنف" بالعمود الفقري، منهياً بذلك المعاناة الجسدية والنفسية التي لازمت مراجع عمره "16" عاماً، طيلة السنوات الماضية. ذكر ذلك د. سلطان السالمي استشاري جراحة المخ والأعصاب والعمود الفقري، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.
الذي قال أن المراجع قدم إلى المستشفى وهو يشتكي من انحناء جانبي للعمود الفقري ومن تحدب وعدم استواء الوركين والكتفين، وبروز الأضلاع، وإزاحة منطقة الخصر والجذع، إضافة إلى بعض الآلام بالظهر، مع صعوبة في ممارسة الحياة الطبيعة ، وعقب وصوله إلى المستشفى أجريت له التحاليل والفحوصات الطبية الدقيقة، التي بينت إصابته بحالة انحراف "جنف" متطور فوق الـ"60" درجة، ودرس الفريق الطبي الحالة على ضوء نتائج الفحوصات والتحاليل، وخلص إلى ضرورة التدخل الجراحي لعلاج العيوب، والحد من المضاعفات، وبعد اتخاذ كافة التدابير اللازمة لمثل هذه الحالات المعقدة، أخضع لعملية جراحية بتقنية المنظار، تم فيها تقويم العمود الفقري بعدد من المسامير الجانبية مع دعامة معدنية للمساعدة على التعديل وضمان ثبات التعديل بعد العملية، واستخدمت في العملية التي استمرت لأربع ساعات، جهاز الملاحة العصبية وجهاز تخطيط الأعصاب التي ساهمت مع الكوادر الطبية عالية الكفاءة والتأهيل بالمستشفى في انجاحها.

وقد شارك بالعملية دكتور زياد الغامدي من جراحة الصدر والدكتور عمر الرضوان من قسم التخدير.
