“التخصصي” يُجدد اعتماده من اللجنة الدولية المشتركة لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية

جدد مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث اعتماده كمركز طبي أكاديمي، لثلاث سنوات إضافية، من اللجنة الدولية المشتركة لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية (JCI)، في امتداد للاعتماد الرفيع الذي تلقاه المستشفى لأول مرة في المملكة العربية السعودية في العام 2000م، كأول مؤسسة صحية سعودية تحصل عليه، وذلك في إطار الالتزام بتقديم رعاية صحية تخصصية وفق أعلى المعايير الدولية.
وكان مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث، أول مستشفى في المملكة يُعتمد كمركز طبي أكاديمي من ذات المنظمة في العام 2014م، ويُمثِّل الاعتماد اعترافاً دولياً بالتزام التخصصي بتقديم رعاية عالية الجودة، ومعايير صارمة في سلامة المرضى، وتمتاز معايير اللجنة الدولية المشتركة بتصميمها من قبل خبراء الرعاية الصحية في جميع أنحاء العالم، بهدف دفع التغيير الإيجابي، ودعم التحسين المستمر للجودة، والمساعدة في تقليل المخاطر وبناء ثقافة السلامة للمرضى.
