أولت القيادة الرشيدة اهتمامًا متعاظمًا بقطاع الإسكان، وسخرت كافة الإمكانيات لدعم القطاع، ليصبح محركًا مع بقية القطاعات الأخرى لتحقيق نموًا اقتصاديًا مستدامًا في المملكة، وركيزة أساسية من ركائز تحسين جودة الحياة للمواطنين.

اليوم ينعكس اهتمام القيادة الرشيدة، بتطوير قطاع الإسكان في المملكة كأحد ركائز الاقتصاد الوطني، من خلال تدفق وتشجيع الاستثمار فيه، وتمكينه من زيادة مساهمته في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، وتوسيع فرص العمل لشباب وشابات الوطن في مجالات متنوعة في القطاع.
