مؤسسة الإمارات للخدمات الصحية تعلن إطلاق “مركز الرعاية الرقمية”

في خطوة نوعية نحو التطور المستمر وتصفير البيروقراطية، أعلنت مؤسسة الإمارات للخدمات الصحية عن افتتاح مركز افتراضي للرعاية الصحية الأولية “مركز الرعاية الرقمية “(Digital Care Center) “، والذي سيبدأ تقديم خدماته اعتبارًا من اليوم (31 يوليو 2024)، مستفيداً من أحدث التقنيات التكنولوجية لتوظيفها بهدف تقديم حلول ذكية في مجال الرعاية الصحية الأولية للمتعاملين، وذلك بما يتزامن مع أهدافها الرامية إلى تطوير خدمات صحية رقمية رائدة تسهم في تعزيز مخرجات القطاع الصحي وتحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية المقدمة للمرضى.
ويتيح المركز فرصة الحصول على استشارات طبية عبر الاتصال بتقنية الفيديو لعدد من التخصصات من خلال شبكة متكاملة تغطي جميع المتعاملين المواطنين البالغين بغض النظر عن موقعهم الجغرافي، مما يضمن تقديم الخدمة بوقت قياسي وكفاءة عالية، كما يضم المركز ملفاً إلكترونياً موحداً وشاملاً مرتبطاً بجميع مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية، الأمر الذي يسهل متابعة الحالات الطبية ويضمن استمرارية الرعاية.
وأكّد سعادة الدكتور عصام الزرعوني المدير التنفيذي لقطاع الخدمات الطبية بالإنابة في المؤسسة أن إطلاق المركز الافتراضي يأتي في إطار السعي المتواصل لمؤسسة الإمارات للخدمات الصحية نحو تلبية احتياجات ومتطلبات الأفراد، وتطوير خدماتها وتحسينها بشكل دائم ومستمر بما يليق بتطلعاتهم، ويرتقي بمنظومة الخدمات الصحية في دولة الإمارات وترسيخ مكانتها وتعزيز تنافسيتها على المستوى العالمي، انسجاماً مع أهداف رؤية نحن الإمارات 2031، مشيراً إلى حرص المؤسسة على تطوير الابتكار عبر كافة خدماتها الصحية والرقمية، ترجمةً لرؤى وتوجيهات القيادة الرشيدة في توفير أفضل رعاية صحية للأفراد وتحقيق الاستدامة في القطاع.
كما أوضحت الدكتورة كريمة الرئيسي مدير إدارة الرعاية الصحية الأولية في المؤسسة أن إطلاق مركز الرعاية الرقمية يعد ثمرة حرص ودعم المؤسسة لتعزيز استخدام التكنولوجيا في تقديم الرعاية الصحية الأولية، حيث يهدف المركز إلى تقديم خدمات طبية عالية الجودة بطرق مبتكرة وفعالة، مما يسهم في تحسين تجربة المرضى ويضمن سهولة الوصول إلى الرعاية الصحية الأولية من أي مكان.
