بلاغ الديوان الملكي..الرئيس الفرنسي يعلن رسميا للملك أنه “يعتبر أن حاضر ومستقبل الصحراء يندرجان في إطار السيادة المغربية”

ذكر بلاغ للديوان الملكي، اليوم الثلاثاء، أنه في رسالة موجهة إلى الملك محمد السادس، أعلن الرئيس الفرنسي، إيمانويل ماكرون رسميا لجلالة الملك أنه “يعتبر أن حاضر ومستقبل الصحراء الغربية يندرجان في إطار السيادة المغربية”.
وفي الرسالة ذاتها، والتي تتزامن مع تخليد الذكرى ال 25 لعيد العرش، أكد رئيس الجمهورية الفرنسية للملك “ثبات الموقف الفرنسي حول هذه القضية المرتبطة بالأمن القومي للمملكة”، وأن بلاده “تعتزم التحرك في انسجام مع هذا الموقف على المستويين الوطني والدولي”.
وتحقيقا لهذه الغاية، شدد الرئيس إيمانويل ماكرون على أنه “بالنسبة لفرنسا، فإن الحكم الذاتي تحت السيادة المغربية يعد الإطار الذي يجب من خلاله حل هذه القضية. وإن دعمنا لمخطط الحكم الذاتي الذي تقدم به المغرب في 2007 واضح وثابت”، مضيفا أن هذا المخطط “يشكل، من الآن فصاعدا، الأساس الوحيد للتوصل إلى حل سياسي، عادل، مستدام، ومتفاوض بشأنه، طبقا لقرارات مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة “.
وبخصوص مخطط الحكم الذاتي تحت السيادة المغربية، يرى رئيس الدولة الفرنسية أن “توافقا دوليا يتبلور اليوم ويتسع نطاقه أكثر فأكثر”، مؤكدا أن “فرنسا تضطلع بدورها كاملا في جميع الهيئات المعنية”، وخاصة من خلال دعم بلاده لجهود الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة ولمبعوثه الشخصي. وشدد الرئيس ماكرون في رسالته قائلا “حان الوقت للمضي قدما. وأشجع، إذن، جميع الأطراف على الاجتماع من أجل تسوية سياسية، التي هي في المتناول”.
من جهة أخرى، وبعدما نوه بجهود المغرب من أجل التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في الصحراء المغربية، أعرب رئيس الجمهورية الفرنسية عن التزامه بأن “تواكب فرنسا المغرب في هذه الخطوات لفائدة الساكنة المحلية “.
ويشكل إعلان الجمهورية الفرنسية، العضو الدائم بمجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة، تطورا هاما وبالغ الدلالة في دعم السيادة المغربية على الصحراء. ويندرج في إطار الدينامية التي يقودها صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، حفظه الله، وتنخرط فيها العديد من البلدان في مختلف مناطق العالم، لفائدة الوحدة الترابية للمغرب ولمخطط الحكم الذاتي كإطار حصري لتسوية هذا النزاع الإقليمي.
