القطيف.. فريق جراحي يجري أول عملية بالون لعلاج تضيق الإحليل بالشرقية

أنهى فريق قسم جراحة المسالك البولية في مستشفى القطيف المركزي معاناة مريض يشكو من أعراض بولية مزعجة وضعف في تدفق البول، وذلك بعد خضوعه لعملية نوعية تجرى لأول مرة على مستوى مكونات تجمع الشرقية الصحي ومن أوائل العمليات من نوعها على مستوى المنطقة الشرقية، وذلك باستخدام تقنية حديثة دون شق جراحي باستخدام بالون خاص ذي تقنية حديثة عن طريق المنظار.

وكان المريض يعاني من الأعراض المذكورة منذ عدة سنوات، وبعد عمل الأشعة اللازمة ومنظار للإحليل تم تشخيص الحالة بوجود تضيقات شديدة في الإحليل، وتم مباشرة الحالة، وتحديد التدخل الجراحي المناسب للمريض.

واستغرق الإجراء الجراحي نصف ساعة وتماثل المريض للشفاء بعد العملية، وغادر المستشفى في اليوم التالي وراجع العيادة بعد 5 أيام حيث أزيلت القسطرة البولية وأبدى المريض رضاه التام حيث تحسنت الأعراض وزالت تدريجيا وانتهت معاناته التي امتدت لسنوات.
ويعتبر العلاج بالبالون المغطى بمادة طبية خاصة من أحدث الطرق العالمية لعلاج هذا النوع من الحالات، ويعجل استشفاء المريض من الإجراء الجراحي مقارنة بالإجراءات المعتادة والتي تعتمد على شق التضيق جراحيا عبر المنظار أو إجراء عمليات فتح جراحي لإزالة الضيق وإعادة توصيل الإحليل أو ترقيع الإحليل باستخدام أنسجة من مناطق أخرى من الجسم.
مرض شائع
ويعد تضيق الإحليل من الأمراض الشائعة التي قد تنتج عن الإصابة في الحوادث المرورية وغيرها، أو بسبب الالتهابات الشديدة.
وفي بعض الحالات تتكرر الإصابة به بعد التدخل الجراحي وقد تتكرر الإصابة به أكثر من مرة وتستدعي معاودة التدخل الجراحي عدة مرات. وتشير الإحصاءات إلى أن 77% من المرضى الذي خضعوا لعلاج مماثل لم يحتاجوا لتدخل جراحي آخر خلال 3 سنوات وأن الأعراض تحسنت لديهم بنسبة 65% في المعدل وكذلك يتحسن تدفق البول لديهم بنسبة تقارب 80%.
وخضع المريض للعملية بقيادة الدكتور محمد العسكري والدكتور محمد السادة، استشاريي جراحة المسالك البولية وشارك فيها قسم التخدير بقيادة الدكتور عبدالله السنان استشاري التخدير وعلاج الألم. وشارك علي آل يتيم من الكادر التمريضي المتخصص في العمليات الجراحية وكذلك محمد البحراني من قسم الأشعة لإجراء التصوير الإشعاعي أثناء العملية. إضافة إلى الأقسام المساندة الأخرى الفنية والإدارية.
