السعودية.. وزارة الداخلية تعدم أردنيا تعزيرا وتكشف عن تهمته واسمه

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة (CNN)-- أعلنت وزارة الداخلية السعودية، الأحد، تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيرا بحق متهم أردني، بعد ثبوته إدانته بتهريب أقراص الإمفيتامين المخدر إلى المملكة العربية السعودية، حسب بيان للوزارة نشرته وكالة الأنباء السعودية "واس".
وقالت وزارة الداخلية السعودية في بيانها: "أقدم رعد محمد محمود الصباح، أردني الجنسية، على تهريب أقراص الإمفيتامين المخدر إلى المملكة".
وأضافت الوزارة أن "الجهات الأمنية تمكنت من القبض عليه، وأسفر التحقيق معه عن توجيه الاتهام إليه بما نُسب إليه، وبإحالته إلى المحكمة، صدر بحقه صك يتضمن ثبوت إدانته بذلك والحكم بقتله تعزيرًا، وأُيد الحكم من محكمة الاستئناف ومن المحكمة العليا، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعاً، وأُيد من مرجعه"، حسب البيان.
وأكدت وزارة الداخلية السعودية أنه "قد تم تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيراً بالجاني رعد محمد محمود الصباح، الأحد، 22/ 1/ 1446 هجرية، الموافق 28/ 7/ 2024 ميلادية بمنطقة الجوف"، طبقا لما أفادت وكالة "واس".
