إسهامات ملموسة وإشادات عالمية.. برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي يصدر تقريره السنوي لعام 2023

أصدر برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي، تقريره السنوي لمنجزات التحول على مستوى القطاع الصحي لعام 2023م، مشتملاً على منجزات تكاملت الجهات المعنية بالقطاع الصحي في تحقيقها على ضوء تطلعات رؤية المملكة 2030، بالإضافة إلى المبادرات التي عملت الجهات على تنفيذها في سبيل الارتقاء بصحة الإنسان.
وتضمن التقرير السنوي إسهامات ملموسة، وإشادات عالمية، وأرقامًا ضخمة، تسهم في تحقيق أهداف البرنامج الاستراتيجية التي تتلخص في تسهيل الحصول على الخدمة الصحية، وتحسين كفاءة وجودة الخدمات الصحية، وتعزيز الوقاية ضد المخاطر الصحية، بجانب تعزيز السلامة المرورية، من أبرز هذه المنجزات: ارتفاع نسبة رضا المستفيدين لتجربة الخدمات الصحية خلال التنويم في المستشفيات من 82.
وفيما يتعلق بمؤشرات ومستهدفات البرنامج فقد حقق تقدّمًا ملحوظًا في عدد من المؤشرات خلال العام، إذ ارتفع متوسط العمر المتوقع للإنسان في المملكة إلى 77.6 سنة، ويأتي رفع هذا المتوسط نظيرًا لحزمة من التحسينات والإسهامات؛ من بينها تبنّي مبدأ تعزيز الصحة في كل السياسات وجميع جوانب الحياة، بالإضافة إلى ما طبقته المملكة من سياساتٍ وقرارات تُعنى بتعزيز مستوى الصحة العامة مثل: نشر ثقافة المشي، وخفض الملح بالأطعمة، والإفصاح عن السعرات الحرارية، وإيقاف الزيوت المهدرجة وغيرها من السياسات، بالإضافة إلى جهود تحسين الخدمات الصحية وتعزيز الوقاية ضد المخاطر الصحية.
وشهدت منجزات التحول لعام 2023م موافقات وإطلاقات عدة؛ تسهم في تعزيز قدرات القطاع، وترسم ملامحه المستقبلية، تضمنت موافقة مجلس الوزراء على إنشاء المعهد الوطني لأبحاث الصحة، واكتمال مجموعة من المراحل والمبادرات فقد اكتملت المرحلة الأولى من مبادرة التحول المؤسسي لوزارة الصحة بإطلاق جميع التجمعات الصحية لتقوم بدورها كتجمعات صحية مسؤولة عن صحة السكان، وتدشين منصة "نفيس" على هامش ملتقى الصحة العالمي وغيرها من الإطلاقات والمبادرات.
الجدير بالذكر أن برنامج تحول القطاع الصحي يأتي ضمن برامج رؤية المملكة 2030 ليحقق تطلعاتها في تمكين مجتمع حيوي ينعم فيه المواطن والمقيم بحياة صحية وعامرة، نتاجًا لدعم القيادة الرشيدة التي كانت وما زالت تضع صحة الإنسان في طليعة اهتماماتها.
