تهدد سائقيها والمركبات الأخرى.. ضبط 79 دبابًا مخالفاً بالظهران

نفذت بلدية مدينة الظهران، جولات رقابية استهدفت مواقع تأجير الدبابات البرية في شاطئ نصف القمر، وذلك بهدف ضمان احترام معايير السلامة والحفاظ على سلامة الجمهور المستخدم لهذه المواقع الترفيهية، نتج عنها ضبط 79 دبابًا، بسبب عدم التزام أصحاب المواقع بتطبيق معايير السلامة المعتمدة.

وأوضح المواطن عبدالعزيز آل حزية، أن استخدام الدراجات النارية بشكل عشوائي يشكل خطرًا على جميع الأطراف المشاركة، حيث يمكن أن يتسبب استخدامها بأضرار للسائقين والمركبات الأخرى.

وأضاف آل حزية أن نسبة الحوادث المرتبطة بهذه الدبابات تعتبر مرتفعة جدًا نظرًا للعشوائية وعدم الالتزام بالقواعد الأساسية للسلامة.

وشدد على ضرورة توفير وسائل السلامة، مثل الخوذة والحماية الشخصية الأخرى، مؤكدا أن قيادة الدراجات النارية تشكل خطرًا على الأطفال، وبالتالي فإنه يجب توخي الحذر وضمان توفر إجراءات رقابة صارمة على الساحات التي يتم فيها تأجير الدبابات. في حين لا تزال السلامة غائبة رغم التحذيرات، وتقع الكثير من الحوادث نتيجة السقوط والسرعة الزائدة على الرمال والمرتفعات الرملية.

إفساد نزهة الآخرين

وأشار المواطن علي محمد، أحد الزوار الذين يرتادون شاطئ نصف القمر، إلى أنه حضر للشاطئ مع أبنائه للاستمتاع بركوب الدراجات النارية، ولكنه اندهش لوجود عدد كبير من الدبابات التي تفتقد إلى وسائل السلامة الأساسية.

وأبدى استياءه من عدم رؤية أحد يرتدي خوذة واقية أو يحمي المفاصل والركبتين، كما لم يتم توفير موظف يقوم بتوجيه المستأجرين بشأن الاستخدام الآمن للدبابات.علي بن محمد

وأكد على أهمية فرض رقابة مشددة على الساحات التي يتم فيها ركوب الدبابات، أو توفير ساحات خاصة بعيدة عن المركبات، لتجنب التداخل ووقوع حوادث خطيرة.

وطالب بتشديد الرقابة على الساحات المخصصة لركوب الدبابات، وضرورة التزام كل مستأجر بتعهد خطّي يفرض عليه المسؤولية الكاملة في حالة وقوع حوادث، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة وجود رقابة مشددة على تلك المواقع وتوفير ساحات خاصة لركوب الدبابات بعيدًا عن المركبات الأخرى، لتجنب الحوادث.
