“الموارد البشرية” تُعلن دعم توظيف 201 ألف مواطن في القطاع الخاص

في ظل خطة الموارد البشرية، لدعم الشباب وتوفير فرص عمل، لذا أعلن عن دعمه لتوظيف 201 ألف شاب وشابة، للعمل في منشآت القطاع الخاص، وذلك خلال النصف الأول من عام 2023م.
وأوضح الصندوق أن الدعم سيأتي من خلال برامجه ومبادراته ومنتجاته المختلفة بنسبة نمو تزيد على 34% مقارنةً بالفترة نفسها من العام الماضي، والتي أسهم خلالها في دعم 150 ألف مواطن ومواطنة.
وقال المهندس أحمد الراجحي وزير الموارد البشرية، أن الدعم الذي يحظى به الصندوق كغيره من القطاعات من القيادة الرشيدة ولتعزيز مستوى مشاركتهم في سوق العمل، فضلًا عن تحفيز القطاع الخاص على الإسهام في التوطين، بالإضافة إلى تطوير وتنمية مهارات وقدرات أبناء وبنات الوطن.

وأشارت الشركة إلى أنه يمكن حجز الوحدات السكنية عبر برنامج سكني، كما أن البرنامج يُمنح المتقدمين دعمًا إضافيًا لمنتج الشقق السكنية بقيمة تصل إلى 100 ألف ريال سعودي، موضحًا أنه يمكن سداد قيمة الوحدات عبر بنوك “البلاد، العربي، مصرف الإنماء”.

ومن جانبه رد البرنامج علي المتسائلين عبر خدمة “العناية بالمستفيدين” عبر موقع “إكس”، أنه “يجب مرور عامين على الطلاق الفعلي، وفي حال مرور عامين يمكنك التقديم فورًا للاستفادة بالدعم”.

داخل أسواق العمل، للوصول إلى رؤى عملية تمكن أصحاب المصلحة من الاستجابة إلى التحديات التي يواجهها سوق العمل، وتوفير حلول مبتكرة تجذب أفضل المواهب، وتقدم معايير عالمية للتميز في سوق العمل، على الصعيدين المحلي والعالمي.
