بنك السودان يطلق محفظة مليارية ويعلن عن إجراءات جديدة

بنك السودان اعلن عن منشور مرتقب للمصارف العاملة يوضح آلية عمل المحفظة وبعض التعديلات في ضوابط الاستيراد.
بورتسودان – هالةحمزة – إطلق بنك السودان المركزي الخميس، محفظة تمويلية مشتركة بريادة بنك الخرطوم وبموارد بالنقد الأجنبي بقيمة مليار دولار أمريكي تحت الإشراف والرقابة المباشرة من البنك المركزي.
وتهدف المحفظة وفقا لبيان صادر عن البنك المركزي لضمان الكفاءة في تخصيص النقد الأجنبي.
واشار البنك المركزي لتوفير النقد الأجنبي للمستوردين بتكامل وتنسيق كامل للأدوار بين كافة الجهات ذات الصلة وفق آليات تتسم بالشفافية وبالتنسيق مع المحفظة والمؤسسات المالية الإقليمية والدولية لزيادة موارد النقد الأجنبي لمقابلة استيراد السلع الأخرى والحصول على قروض سلعية للحفاظ على استقرار سعر الصرف.
واعلن بنك السودان عن منشور مرتقب للمصارف العاملة يوضح آلية عمل المحفظة وبعض التعديلات في ضوابط الاستيراد.
وجدد التزامه الراسخ بتنفيذ دوره الحيوي في إدارة السياسة النقدية والمساهمة في تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي للبلاد.
ويواجه السودان أزمة غير مسبوقة في انفلات اسعار النقد الأجنبي وخاصة الدولار منذ اندلاع الحرب في أبريل من العام الماضي 2023.
ووصلت أسعار صرف الدولار في السوق الموازي إلى 2300 مقابل الجنيه السوداني الواحد.

من الجدير بالذكر أن "الأول" قد قام بترقية منصته لسلاسل التوريد لتلبية احتياجات المعاملات المتوافقة مع الشريعة الإسلامية، من خلال إضافة ميزات جديدة. مما مكن شركة يونايتد فارماسيوتيكالز من رفع ملفات المدفوعات بسهولة، والاستفادة من التحسينات التي شملت الأتمتة الكاملة لعمليات التسجيل والموافقة، وتوليد عقود مبيعات متوافقة مع الشريعة.

وبهذه المناسبة، صرح ياسر البراك، الرئيس التنفيذي لمصرفية الشركات والمصرفية المؤسسية في الأول: "يسرنا أن نكون في طليعة تقديم الحلول المبتكرة التي تلبي احتياجات عملائنا والمتوافقة مع الشريعة الإسلامية، تُظهر هذه الصفقة التزامنا بتعزيز منظومة القطاع المالي بما يتماشى مع رؤية المملكة 2030."
وأضاف: "يمثل دمج التكنولوجيا والتمويل الإسلامي خطوة كبيرة لدعم الشركات وتعزيز النمو الاقتصادي في المملكة."
من جهته، صرح خالد ياسين، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة المتحدة للأدوية: " نحن فخورون بتوقيع هذه الاتفاقية، التي تشكل خطوة استراتيجية نحو تطوير عملياتنا المالية وتعزيز علاقاتنا مع شركائنا. ستساهم هذه المبادرة بشكل كبير في تحسين إدارة السيولة لدينا، مما يتيح لنا زيادة الكفاءة التشغيلية ودعم خطط التوسع بمرونة وفعالية أكبر."
من جانبه، أكد الدكتور محمد عبدالوهاب المصري، المدير المالي لشركة المتحدة للأدوية، على أهمية هذه الخطوة قائلاً: "توفّر هذه الاتفاقية حلولًا مالية مبتكرة تسهم في تقليل التعقيدات التشغيلية وتعزيز الكفاءة في عمليات الدفع وإدارة رأس المال العامل. نحن سعداء بهذه الشراكة مع الأول، التي تعكس التزامنا بالابتكار المالي وتقديم قيمة مضافة لموردينا وعملائنا."
