عاجل | النيابة العامة تطالب بعقوبات مشددة على وافدين لغشهم في منتجات غذائية

أسفرت إجراءات التحقيق التي قامت بها نيابة الجرائم الاقتصادية عن اتهام ثلاثة وافدين بالغش في منتجات غذائية كونها منتهية الصلاحية، ومجهولة المصدر وتخزينها، وكشفت إجراءات التحقيق أن المتهمين عرضوا وخزنوا ما يزيد على (55 طناً) من لحوم الدجاج مجهولة المصدر، ومنتهية الصلاحية، إذ قاموا بتغيير عبواتها، ووضعوا عليها بيانات تجارية غير مطابقة للحقيقة، وتحمل تاريخ صلاحية ومكان إنتاج غير صحيح.

وتم إيقاف المتهمين، وإحالتهم إلى المحكمة الجزائية؛ للمطالبة بالعقوبات المقررة بحقهم نظاماً وفق نظامي مكافحة الغش التجاري والبيانات التجارية.
