الوطنية للإسكان NHC توقّع اتفاقية مع شركة CSCEC الصينية لبناء 20 ألف وحدة سكنية في مختلف مناطق المملكة

وقعت الوطنية للإسكان NHC اتفاقية مع شركة CSCEC الصينية، بحضور معالي وزير الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان الأستاذ ماجد عبد الله الحقيل، وذلك لبناء 20 ألف وحدة سكنية في ضواحي ومجتمعات الوطنية للإسكان بمختلف مناطق المملكة، ومثّل الشركة الوطنية للإسكان في مراسم التوقيع سعادة الرئيس التنفيذي الأستاذ محمد بن صالح البطي ورئيس فرع الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا في شركة CSCEC الصينية السيد جاو يو تشون.

وأوضحت الوطنية للإسكان إلى أن هذه الشراكة تأتي استكمالاً لمشاريعها النوعية مع كبرى شركات المقاولات العالمية، حيث تستهدف من خلالها بناء 20 ألف وحدة سكينة بمساحات مختلفة ومتنوعة وتحتوي على مجموعة من المرافق والخدمات الصحية والتعليمية والتجارية ومناطق خدمات عامة وجودة حياة متكاملة.

وتعد هذه الاتفاقية امتدادًا لسلسلة الشراكة السعودية الصينية ولجملة من الاتفاقيات التي تمّ توقيعها مؤخرًا مع مجموعة من الشركات الصينية خلال الزيارة الرسمية لمعالي وزير الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان الأستاذ ماجد بن عبد الله الحقيل لجمهورية الصين الشعبية، حيث تم التوقيع مع مجموعة سيتيك الصينية للإنشاءات، وذلك لإنشاء مدينة صناعية ولوجستية لمواد البناء تهدف إلى تأمين سلاسل الإمداد لضواحي ومجتمعات الوطنية للإسكان، إلى جانب التوقيع مع شركة CMEC لبناء 20 ألف وحدة سكنية في مختلف مناطق المملكة ، حيث ستستهم هذه الشراكة في تحقيق تطورًا كبيرًا بقطاع التطوير العقاري.
يذكر أن الشركة الوطنية للإسكان هي الرائدة والممكنة لقطاع التطوير العقاري وأكبر مطور رئيس للضواحي والمجتمعات العمرانية في المملكة والتي تتسم بجودة الحياة، عبر تطوير 9 ضواحٍ و6 مجتمعات عمرانية على مساحة تتخطى 100 مليون م2 وتتسع لأكثر من مليون ونصف مواطن، وتسعى إلى إيجاد حلول لتأمين سلاسل الإمداد بجودة عالية ومواد إنشائية أكثر استدامة، وذلك في إطار حرص الشركة على زيادة المعروض العقاري بخيارات سكنية وفق معايير عالمية، في سبيل تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، برفع نسبة التملّك السكني للأسر السعودية إلى 70%
