تصريح عاجل من متحدث الحكومة بشأن التصالح على مخالفات البناء

أكد المستشار محمد الحمصاني، المتحدث باسم رئاسة مجلس الوزراء، أن هناك اهتمام كبير من قبل الحكومة بشأن قانون التصالح الجديد لمخالفات البناء.

وأوضح الحمصاني في مداخلة هاتفية مع الإعلامي أحمد موسى ببرنامج:على مسئوليتي" المذاع على قناة صدى البلد، أن هناك توجيه واضح من رئيس الوزراء إلى المحافظين بسرعة تنفيذ قانون التصالح في مخالفات البناء.
وأوضح المتحدث باسم مجلس الوزراء، أنه تم تكليف مسئول داخل كل محافظة بالتعامل مع ملف قانون التصالح لمخالفات البناء.
وأشار الحمصاني، إلى أن التصالح في مخالفات البناء يعد محور أساسي لرئيس الوزراء أمام المحافظين في كل اجتماع، وذلك لما له من أهمية قصوى.
وتابع المستشار محمد الحمصاني: رئيس الوزراء وجه بالتصدي لأي مخالفات في البناء بالمحافظات، وضرورة اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة تجاه المخالفين.
