مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينهي معاناة شاب استمر لأعوام مع جرح والتهاب مزمنين بالورك

بفضل الله - أعاد مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، شاب عمره "18" عاماً، إلى الحياة الطبيعية، بعد معاناة استمرت لأكثر من "3" سنوات مع جرح عميق ومزمن والتهاب في منطقة وعظمة الورك، وتسبب في بروز ثلث العظمة إلى الخارج، ذكر ذلك د. سامر الهبر استشاري جراحة التجميل رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.
الذي قال أن المريض وهو في الأصل مصاب بشلل نصفي منذ الولادة، ظل يعاني من هذا الجرح العميق والالتهاب منذ فترة طويلة، بالرغم من أنه زار العديد من المستشفيات بالمملكة، وتلقى الكثير من العلاجات المضادة للالتهابات، وخضع كذلك لعدة عمليات جراحية، إلا أن تلك المحاولات على تعددها وتنوعها لم يكتب لها النجاح.

بل إزدادت حالته سوءاً، حيث خرج ثلث عظمة الورك إلى الخارج، ثم تعقد وضعه أكثر بعد أن وصل الالتهاب إلى الدم وأصبح مصدر تهديد لحياته.
أخبار متعلقة ملجأ رواد الفضاء.. اكتشاف كهف في القمر يثير التساؤلاتThe Casting of Frank Stone.. لعبة تنقلك إلى عالم الرعب والمغامرةوتابع د.الهبر مضيفاً أن المريض وصل إلى طوارئ مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر في حالة خطرة، وأدخل مباشرةً إلى وحدة العناية المركزة، إذ أولى الفريق الطبي بالوحدة الأهمية للسيطرة على التهاب الدم، وإنعاش القلب، ونجحت الجهود وتم التحكم في الالتهاب، وتبعاً لذلك استقرت حالته، وهو ما سمح بالإنتقال إلى الجزء الثاني من الخطة العلاجية. حيث أخضعه الفريق الطبي الذي شارك فيه د. زياد الحاج استشاري جراحة العظام والمفاصل، لعملية تنظيف عميق لكل الأنسجة الملتهبة بما فيها العظام، ومن ثم قام الفريق الطبي بإغلاق الجرح الكبير في الورك، بعدها نُقل المريض إلى غرفة العزل، حيث تلقى علاجات مضادة للالتهاب مع عناية خاصة من فرق التمريض والعلاج الطبيعي وكذلك التغذية الطبية، إضافة إلى فريق متخصص في العناية بالجروح. وبعد شهر من الاستشفاء تحسنت حالة المريض وخرج من المستشفى إلى منزله، حيث استكمل العلاجات المقررة.
