إنقاذ حياة سيدة مسنة من ثقب كبير في الإثنى عشر بجراحة معقدة وعالية الدقة مستشفى المواساة بالدمام

بفضل الله وتوفيقه، نجح الفريق الطبي في مستشفى المواساة بالدمام من إنقاذ حياة سيدة مسنة تبلغ من العمر سبعون عاماً كانت تعاني من ثقب كبير في الإثني عشر وذلك بجراحة معقدة وعالية الدقة.
وكانت المريضة قد وصلت إلى المستشفى وهي في حالة حرجة، نتيجة وجود ثقب كبير في الجزء الثاني من الإثنى عشر، يتجاوز قطره ٤سم، وعلى الفور قام الدكتور محمد قاسم، استشاري الجراحة العامة بإجراء عملية إستكشاف عاجلة على البطن وإصلاح الثقب.

تم بعدها تحويل المريضة إلى قسم الرعاية المركزة لاستكمال العلاج، وبفضل من الله وتوفيقة، تحسنت حالتها تدريجياً، حتى تمام إلتئام الثقب، وإستعادة الوظائف الكاملة للجهاز الهضمي بدون حدوث أي مضاعفات.
