النيابة العامة: إدانة مواطن بالاحتيال لتحريره شيكات متعذرة الصرف تقدر بـ 12 مليون ريال

باشرت النيابة العامة، ممثلةً بنيابة الاحتيال المالي، إجراءات التحقيق مع مواطن متهم بمخالفة نظام مكافحة الاحتيال المالي وخيانة الأمانة ونظام الأوراق التجارية.
وأسفرت إجراءات التحقيق عن قيام المتهم بسوء نية بتحرير شيكات ليس لها مقابل وفاء وبطريقة تمنع صرفها، بلغت (22) شيكاً بمبالغ تصل قرابة (12 مليون ريال سعودي) "اثني عشر مليون ريال سعودي" محتالاً بذلك على المجني عليهم عن طريق إيهامهم وخداعهم بوجود مناقصات وهمية لاستثمار أموالهم فيها.
