مستشفى دله النخيل ينقذ مريضة من ورم خطير حول الأعصاب والأوعية الدموية بالقفص الصدري

نجح مستشفى دله النخيل بالرياض، في إنقاذ مريضة كانت تعاني من ورم عصبي معقد وخطير، في الضفيرة العضدية، بمنطقة أسفل الرقبة، وأعلى القفص الصدري، حيث أجريت لها عملية، تم خلالها استئصال كامل للورم، بعد تحريره من الضفيرة العضدية، والأوعية الدموية، وعظام القفص الصدري المحيطة.
وتفصيلا، عقب مراجعة المريضة للمستشفى، تم إخضاعها للفحوصات التشخيصية الدقيقة، والتي على إثرها تم على الفور وضع الخطة العلاجية اللازمة، حيث تقرر إجراء استئصال جراحي للورم بأعلى القفص الصدري، وتكمن حساسية وخطورة العملية في مكان الورم حول الأعصاب، والأوعية الدموية التي تغذي الكتف، والطرف العلوي.

وأشارت د. كعكي، إلى أن العملية الجراحية تكللت بالنجاح التام، وذلك بفضل الله وتوفيقه أولا، ثم بفضل تضافر جهود أعضاء فريق العمل وتعاونهم، مضيفة أن المريضة قد تماثلت للشفاء التام وخرجت من المستشفى، وذلك عقب إجراء العملية ببضعة أيام، ولله الحمد.
