استضافت منصّة "تيك توك" ورشة عمل في الرياض في المملكة العربية السعودية لتسليط الضوء واستكشاف أحدث حملاتها الهادفة إلى تعزيز الوعي والفهم لإرشادات مجتمعها، وضمان السلامة على المنصّة في جميع أنحاء منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا .
أقيمت ورشة العمل التي قادتها دينا عثمان، مديرة برنامج السلامة والنزاهة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا في "تيك توك" في "ذا ستيج" في 11 يوليو 2024.

وكانت توعية المستخدمين بشأن الإرشادات المجتمعية المحسّنة لمنصّة "تيك توك" والتدابير المتبعة للحفاظ على "تيك توك" كمنصّة آمنة ومرحبّة للجميع من ضمن أولويات أهدافها. وأوضحت دينا عثمان خلال الجلسة التحديثات الجديدة والموارد المتاحة، بما في ذلك التعريفات المحسّنة وشرح السياسات المفصّلة بشأن خطاب الكراهية وإدارة المحتوى والسلامة العامة للمنصّة. كما قدّمت هذه التحديثات مزايا جديدة مثل تحسين التحقق من حالة الحساب ونظام إنذارات انتهاكات المحتوى لإرشاد المبدعين وصُنّاع المحتوى.

وأكدّت الجلسة أيضاً على استخدام منصّة "تيك توك" مزيجاً من التكنولوجيا الآلية والمراقبة البشرية لتحديد المحتوى المخالف وإزالته بسرعة. يضمن هذا النهج المزدوج مستوى عالٍ من الإشراف على المحتوى، لللحفاظ على السلامة والنزاهة على المنصة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يتم تشجيع المجتمع على الإبلاغ عن المشاكل واستئناف قرارات المحتوى، مما يعزز الجهود التعاونية الرامية إلى الحفاظ على معايير المنصّة.
تعتبر ورشة العمل جزءاً من حملة منصّة "تيك توك" الأوسع من أجل نشر الوعي على نطاق واسع في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا حول إرشادات المجتمع الخاصة بها. وبهذه المناسبة، صرّحت دينا عثمان، مديرة برنامج السلامة والنزاهة في "تيك توك": "تحرص منصّة ’تيك توك‘ دائماً على تمكين المجتمع وتزويدهم بالمعلومات المتعلّقة بسياساتها وأدواتها ليتمكّنوا من التواصل مع الآخرين بشكل آمن.
وتهدف حملتنا الأخيرة إلى رفع الوعي وفهم إرشادات المجتمع التي تُشكّل حجر الزاوية في جهودنا إلى تهيئة بيئة آمنة ومحترمة وشاملة. صُمّمت هذه الإرشادات من أجل الارتقاء بمجتمع يتمكن فيه المستخدمون من التعبير عن إبداعاتهم بحرية مع الالتزام بالمعايير التي تحمي الجميع. ويتم تحديث هذه الإرشادات وتكييفها بشكل متواصل لتعكس المشهد الرقمي المتطور واحتياجات المستخدمين استناداً إلى الأُطر القانونية الدولية وأفضل الممارسات في الصناعة ومدخلات خبراء السلامة والمجالس الاستشارية الإقليمية وهي تُحدّث باستمرار لتتكيّف مع تطوّر العالم الرقمي المتنامي واحتياجات المستخدمين."
بالإضافة إلى تقديم مزايا وأدوات جديدة داخل التطبيق، تعاونت منصّة "تيك توك"" أيضاً مع بعض صُنّاع المحتوى الأكثر شهرة في المنطقة والذين قاموا بابتكار محتوى يسلعد على تعزيز الوعي بإرشادات مجتمع المنصّة بالإضافة إلى التدابير التي يتم اتخاذها داخلها. ومن ضمن صُنّاع المحتوى الذين تعاونت معهم المنصّة عبدالعزيز الفضيلي (@SaudiSTG) ونادر القلاع (@naderalqalaa) وبدر الحنكي (@badr_hi) الذين شاركوا نصائحهم حول التنقل في إرشادات مجتمع منصّة "تيك توك". صفحة الحملة متاحة لأعضاء مجتمع منصّة "تيك توك" في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا من خلال وسم #SaferTogether، حيث سيتمكنون من مشاهدة مقاطع فيديو من صُنّاع المحتوى المفضلين لديهم الذين شاركوا دروساً تعليمية موجزة وتوجيهات للتنقل عبر إرشادات مجتمع المنصّة ومزايا الأمان وحول أهمية فهم هذه الإرشادات وكيف سيساعد ذلك على رفع جودة المحتوى الذي ينشرونه.
